He lied about a couple things on that paper. Oh, one was $199.00 for some type of air for the tires. Also, a fee for $895 which he told me was part of what I had to take. These salesmen need to start treating a customer as someone that is there to buy something and stop playing games with them to rob them of their money. It is like going in to be robbed. The dealership promised to have my vehicle ready on March 19, then March 27, and finally March 30, but missed every single deadline. They even called and promised to cover my first payment as compensation for the inconvenience, but later backed out of that promise. During discussions about the delays, the service manager claimed I "threatened him", even though all I said was: "You do what you gotta do, I'll do what I have to do with corporate." Not only did he confirm what I needed, but he even went as far as to explaining what caused the damage (grounded wiring). As I said before, I already did my homework. I knew how much labor should cost, and I knew how much the part should cost. THEIR FINAL BILL was about $150 less than professional estimates. They also at no charge took care of the wiring problem, recharged the battery, and had the car finished within a couple of hours.
