Before choosing this company I compared all the other water delivery services available and this one is by far the most reasonable when it comes to price they are the cheaper of them and the water quality is great and the guys who deliver are always prompt and friendly. The people at the office if I ever need to contact them are always kind. I seriously have no complaints. I don't know why anyone would pay so much more for the other water delivery companies. For me price was a big consideration because I make baby bottles and coffee and tea with the spring water versus tap, so we use a fair amount and wasn't going to pay twice as much. We gave them a call and Matthew, the owner, was very courteous and explained he could get us a 3,500-gallon delivery the next day -- all for a very fair price. He was prompt and efficient on the day of delivery, and found out he is actually a local neighbor near the Idaho-Washington state line. They have failed to make a scheduled delivery for 3 weeks . After having called to question 'why' We were told to expect a delivery on December 19th. We had 6 empty bottles on our porch for exchange. When there again was a no show, I called the office. The driver had reported he had been at our place early that morning and claimed there were no bottles out for exchange. . Either the driver lied, or he did not get out of his truck to look. The company refuses to fix the error. We have no water bottles left. THANKS, CULLIGAN MAN

That was ridiculous, toilets seldom go "bad", it is the fill and dump valves that need to be replaced. I fixed the flapper valve assembly myself for about $12. I hate to say this but it appears that there is something going on in the plumbing repair business where they are charging extremely high prices. You can call a few of them and they will all quote the same ridiculous price for a repair.

Amerigas is horrible. They were acceptable 5 years ago when I first moved into my home but now they…read morejust suck. The American call center has been replaced with a foreign one (Philippines, I think) and the language barrier is not good. Then if you can communicate with them, it can be a long time before you actually get the gas, even if you are paying the expedited fee. They have left me hanging with no propane several times. I call them when I am low; and before they arrive, I have run out. The last time it took them several weeks to get here When I spoke to the driver who finally arrived (at 2 am, no joke) he said he was their only driver for a service are that is HUGE. One driver? Wow. Pretty sure that is not acceptable. Now... I am FORCED to do business with this company. They want THOUSANDS to come get their tank (that I do not have) and no other propane companies will fill that tank. In a normal situation I would just get new tank from someone else, get delivery from someone else and call it good. But instead I am stuck with this lousy company.
