An expert at what he does, he's as trustworthy as they come and someone you'd be proud to do business with. On top of that, the service he provides is top-notch. Whether your home or business needs security (and really, they all do!) Nick's your go-to guy. On top of that, he offers affordable services that have typically been reserved for the rich. Case in point: You can log into your security system from your smartphone or tablet, arm/disarm it, unlock doors and even view live camera feeds. Crazy stuff but the piece of mind is priceless.

Also had a camera system done. So happy. Any questions I had were answered the same day with a real person that had good knowledge.

When I followed up in person after a brief family emergency, the price was increased by $250, with the claim that technicians were waiting--something that was never communicated at any point. When I referenced his earlier statement about not being able to get the unit, he said he "didn't care what he said." Raising the price after the fact and dismissing prior statements shows poor communication and a lack of professionalism, so I chose not to proceed.

A week before Christmas, my boiler started leaking a bunch of water. I was hoping I could repair it to get us through the holidays. I contacted the company And asked them to come look because it was leaking quite a bit of water; they requested that I send pictures. I sent a picture and without even seeing it in person, they diagnosed it as unfixable and insisted that it needed a full replacing to the tune of nearly $15,000. I was absolutely horrified; I immediately burst into tears and explained it was a week before Christmas. Not only did they not offer financing but they wanted half of that upfront to even get us on the schedule and the rest on the day of installation. I was absolutely floored at the cold and callous nature of the company after being a customer for years. The secretary on the phone initially was fairly rude, but felt bad for me as I was sobbing and said she would call me in the morning with my options and see if we could get creative with financing; never heard back from them ever again. We ended up taking our business elsewhere, getting a cheaper price, and getting very reasonable financing. I have a lot of sympathy for the office at companies like this because I'm sure they get screamed at all day, but I just could not believe how we were treated; asking for 15 K when you didn't even lay eyes on the item is pretty crazy and asking for half of it upfront the week before Christmas is even crazier. They also could not give me any kind of timeframe on how early they could come out to my house and offered zero assistance with the fact that copious amount of water were leaking and how to manage it. Really sad customer service after so many years as a customer.
