We knew we wanted a home security system for our home. I began researching all the big name home security systems like ADT and Xfinity Home. The reviews were not overly positive and the monthly fees were outrageous. I looked into the DIY's like Protect America, Vivint and SimpliSafe. He gave us his professional recommendations and was even honest on add on's and items we didn't necessarily "need". We opted to go with Beacon Protection getting motion detectors and window sensors. They were able to get the install booked within 5 business days. My work schedule required me to reschedule a number of times and both Joe and John were very understanding and accommodating to reschedule the install. The install went excellent, our tech was very professional. Because of our type of windows, what traditionally takes 90min-2hrs to install, took 4.5 hrs for him. It was the middle of summer and he was in and out of the house all day sweating and working non stop. He never looked frustrated or annoyed. I didn't even know our windows were a challenge until he told me at the end! He gave a thorough review of how the system works and didn't leave until I was satisfied. (Even though he was a good 2 hrs late to his next install). Shortly after the install both John and Joe reached out to see how everything went. We have had the system for about a month now and completely satisfied. They are less expensive than the competition and very professional, accommodating and available whenever you need them. I recently opened a business in Springfield MA. There was an alarm already in the business. After meeting with the alarm representative Peter I was very impressed with both the actual alarm system, and the very affordable fee for the services provided! When my workers arrive in the morning I receive a text message alerting me the alarm has been disarmed. The service is terrible, we have had this system for a year with Evan Scott and Jeromy. They have given us the run around about adding stylist to the system and making changes. We have no access to the system or services. I called the company directly and still have no follow up or additions to adding stylist names to enter the building. Don't waist your time and money.
