While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. He took the time to understand our property, our family, and our lifestyle, and made thoughtful recommendations based on what we actually needed. He even steered us away from add-ons that wouldn't benefit us, even though they would have increased his sales--something we really appreciated. Our installation technician, Adam, was amazing as well. He spent time with both my husband and me walking us through the system and even set up separate codes for our preteens and for us. He was so kind he even brought a treat for our dog! A week later, when I forgot how to do something, I texted him--he called me back right away and guided me through the steps while he was still on another job. The system itself has been fantastic. We've had a few small mishaps--mostly the first few mornings when we let the dog out before having coffee, which led to quick calls from the monitoring service. They were incredibly thorough and very understanding of the "no-coffee-yet" factor, which we truly appreciated! Outstanding service all around. Highly recommend!
