I walked in the store and was greeted by a lady sitting behind a desk. She asked what I wanted and assured me they could help with the lenses, but not with the prescription (You must have a prescription for eyeglasses, if needed, as Frameworks doesn't help with this.). I came back once I had a prescription and was helped by the same lady to determine what it was I wanted with the new lenses. We figured that out easily enough, and her suggestion of the mechanical blue light protection in the lenses was something I didn't even know existed. Now, a little less than a week later, I've got my glasses back and they are PERFECT! The lenses are clear as could be and are installed extremely well on my rimless frames. My frames were cleaned and tightened up like new. Wonderful! I would recommend Frameworks to anyone that needs glasses without reservation.

I'm guessing well over ten (10) years, but she may know more accurately how long it's been. She is one of the very few folks that carry the line of product I really like. They are Kawasaki's with cable temples. At 65, I'm a super active guy, and the cable temples keep them from moving on/off my face when I am active. I am also EXTREMELY demanding and an ADHD perfectionist. Did not bother Jodie one bit; she was super confident in her ability to excel; especially with me being a remote customer out of the DFW area some 1,228 miles east of her office. I have travelled out to Utah on occasion, but never been able to stop by and meet her in person to thank her for her kindness & courtesy. By now, I've received about a dozen pairs of glasses from her with absolutely ZERO (0) issues. Does not seem like much, but the investment over the years has likely been north of $9K. Not cheap, but great value in my opinion. Quality is not a budget item. Plus, these always look like jewelry. They are just gorgeous. Can't thank Jodie enough. One day, I will stop by and surprise her... She is all about the efficient delivery of GREAT service to the customer. Feels more like a close friendship more so than a 'business transaction. Pro tip: If you stop by her East Millcreek location, head down to Provo and try out the Black Sheep Cafe. Stellar. If you are visiting from out of state, go visit the "Mighty Five". (I call it the Almighty Five, cause it's more like a religious experience in nature). And the delightful Jodie did everything I could ask for to repair and rapidly return my glasses to me in what felt like no time. She even sped up her response to get the glasses fixed before a long 3-day weekend, which would have delayed getting to them even further. So, I'm very impressed with Jodie and her team. And she even went above and beyond to tighten up the hinges and replace my old temple tips with new ones, so the glasses came back looking like new, in a new case and cleaning cloth. I found two Ray Ban frames I like. I sat with a very personable Optician who looked up my insurance, let me know what's covered and answered all of my questions. I filled out some paperwork and my eye exam was in 20 minutes. When it was time for my exam my paperwork was ready, my frames selected and the I met the Optometrist Dave. This was the most through eye exam I'd ever had. My previous scripts weren't that clear. My confidence is restore by Dave. I am hard to fit because my allergies here in Utah to sage pollen make my eyes vary from day to day. He discovered this and very patiently adjusted the prescription until we had the most perfect fit. Dr. Lynn is a very patient man who is motivated by perfection, and he wanted find the most perfect prescription that would solve all my specific vision problem with my allergies. I got a LASIK consultation and Dr. West was so amazing. He explained all of the details of LASIK and answered all of my questions. I decided to go ahead and schedule the procedure, and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. I now have 20/20 vision and had absolutely no complications. I wish I had decided to get LASIK sooner, it is one of the best decisions. Dr. West and Dr. Charelton did an amazing job and were so professional and really care about their patients. Having had good eyes for most of the 34 years of my life, all I had previously had to deal with at the opticians was to get my regular health check, have them say I was tip-top, and to see them again the next year. However In 2011 I had an instance of Iritis (something I don't recommend to anyone - ouch), and since then my left eye has had a slight stigmatism. Dr. Conklin has attended to my last three eye exams, is very pleasant in his demeanour, and will sit and chat with you about any issues, put your mind at ease if you're worried about failing an eye exam miserably, and will explain all the options or requirements that may help you enjoy your eyes a little more than what god has given you ;) Spending 10 hours + a day on a computer of some kind doesn't help my eyes at all, and this time around I took the opportunity to get some "computer glasses" that will fast become my firm campion as I ride out the days in front of my beloved electronic products. As I said, these are my first pair of glasses, and I am thankful that Brian and Liz were on hand to help me not only a) find the right lenses for me, but also b) "hum, ha, ooh and ah!" while I tried on a number of frames. The best part about having some more opinions on the last part is that you try on things you might not usually pick, and I for one am very happy with the not so classic Amy style that I brought home with me. We found Classic Optical several years ago and since then we won't go to other optometrist or even just to get eyeglasses. Dr. Michael Conklin is always checking our eyes very carefully and thoroughly to make sure we have no serious issues. He will not recommend expensive surgery if we don't need it now. Staffs are super friendly and kind. Make sure we get the best benefit with insurance and what we like when we look for frames. They will never force to purchase expensive eyeglasses unless we want to. What else you can ask for? Thank you so much! We found a great optometrist and staffs that we can trust!
