I had an interaction with a super rude Berkeley sales associate who hadn't even heard of Re-Spun...really?!! Why work for a company whose recycling program you don't understand? Kinda sad.

It is always a treat to visit this pretty shopping area and I am always able the find convenient parking in one of the lots or on the street. When the billing cycle came we were charged the highest membership level under our own name on our card. When we tried to call customer service to cancel they basically told us there wasn't anything they could do and we had to dispute it through the credit card company. If you need a fitting use their free service and take your business elsewhere. You can find better color options, customer service, and even products at competitors without worrying about membership fees.
