New to the area so i found this place conveniently not far from my place. Was a new customer and will never return. They ruined/damaged literally every single piece of clothing i brought. Upon inspection, there were little greasy spots all over and my white blouse was returned a completely different color (it was now beige???) Wanted to be compensated, however the manager/owner was extremely rude and did not want to hear my concerns Or even try to partially compensate for damages. He accused me of bringing the items that way (dirty and stained) & by that point I began to get extremely upset at him flipping the script on me! I asked for a refund for my clothes and wanted to leave. Prior to that, I even asked if they could try to fix it, and he wanted to charge me again SMH. Please heat all warnings and reviews and do not go here with your fine clothing or any clothing for that matter, invest in a more reputable place. Wish I could rate them 0 stars. read more

I have been going to these folks for a couple of years. Many times they broke my button when they pressed my pants. One employee said it's our fault we will replace it the other employee said it was my fault the buttons were the problem. The other person would fix my button no problem but the employee didn't like it. One day a button they sewed on fell off when I asked them to put it back on she expected me to pay for it. They put the button on because they did the damage I should not have to pay for inferior work. The two stars are for the one who gets it he may be the manager or owner Moral of the story that button cost them over $700 a year from me plus the negative influence from a bad review. Small businesses go out of business more often because of bad attitudes more than price or workmanship Basically they do good cleaning clothes but one negative person cost them my business read more

I've been a customer since 2014 and today was the last straw. Over the course of a month they have destroyed three of my shirts and one pair of pants. The excuse they always give is that the shirts must have been damaged when I dropped them off which is complete BS. Take your clothes here if you want them destroyed. read more

Just when I was about to give 5 stars the owner ruined everything!!!! For the past month I have been using this cleaners because of the cleaning quality and the courteous staff that worked the front. My clothes never have an odor, rust burns, stains, and have not been shrunken. But today tested my patience and really exposed what to expect regarding communication and service. The front left window states real BIG "SAME DAY SERVICE IN BY 9AM out by 5PM". I show up at 8:50am and place my clothes on the counter....The owner says that my clothes won't be ready the same day. I kindly mentioned that I was still within the time frame listed on the glass....he becomes aggressive and says that he was short staffed and that HALF of the people who already have same day service will not get there clothes back....I became pissed and left. I've been going to this cleaners for a few years now, but post COVID, it seems to have gone downhill. They used to do same day service, but now that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. And that's fine, I understand that due to COVID some of the employees probably got laid off or let go, but then this happened... I dropped off my clothes Saturday morning and they wouldn't be ready until Tuesday afternoon. That would've been fine, except for the fact that when I went in on Tuesday afternoon, they told me they weren't ready yet... then why put that on the ticket? That was disappointing and frustrating to say the least. Their google page also seems to have disappeared... almost like they're hiding or fixing to close or don't want to be too known. Maybe a name change is coming soon? Something just feels weird about it now. I'll be finding a new cleaners just in case. What a shame. read more

I have been going here for the past six months or so after so many horrible encounters with other cleaners so far I've been impressed. now they did mess up on one outfit but the moment I presented it to the owner he went above and beyond to make sure to correct the matter. The owners and the staff are great, courteous, always friendly and will take care of you. I definitely recommend them for a reasonable pricing and great customer service you can't go wrong. I am updating my previous review. I've been coming here since August 2014 so you can trust my judgment. In the beginning it was great. Then they lost a shirt and told me I needed to come back while they looked for it. They eventually found it thank goodness but still no excuse. Secondly, I came here for alterations bc that's what their sign says. Bad idea. The first girl had no idea what she was doing and the second girl was using safety pins to pin my dress. I couldn't even remove the dress I had on after they pinned it. I told them I changed my mind -- thank goodness!! After I said that, she admitted that they don't do alterations and they send them out to be hemmed. What?! Crazy, right? Third, ice notices a lot of my shirts are starting to look worn out -- they have those fuzzies on the shirt they make it look like they've been washed like 100 times and are years old. Ugh makes me so mad!!! I do not recommend coming here. I'm picking up some clothes in next couple of days and praying they aren't destroyed. Stay away!!! read more

The price is relevant to my dry cleaners in Katy, but quality? No, not even close. Thought it would be convenient since it's closer to work, but no thanks. I wear these shirts and suits for a living; out of 5 lady shirts, two has a sign that they couldn't get a stein out. One has one that wasn't even there, appears to be starch ironed stein which I didn't ask for. Which means you used the same iron that used hard starch and ironed delicate wash required shirt. I don't need to break it down, hands down if you need laundry and unsophisticated washing service and ironing done, this is the place. But this is not A DRY CLEANERS. And he doeant even go into detail, like maybe i won't notice if you say nothing. Katy has a drive thru, overnight turn around, fast and polite customer service, twice as much customers, and never they hand me a piece of my work clothes like this. read more

So I was picking up a pizza next door (brother's pizzeria, it's excellent!) and I needed to get a thick comforter dry cleaned. I discussed it with the girls working, explained the situation and they were like, "sure, no problem." I bring it in the next day and the manager/owner was there and he was pretty much a jerk. He said that he didn't want to do it. I asked if they had a big washer, and he said yes, but he didn't like using it for things like that. If a cleaners has the equipment, I expect them to solve problems. I then didn't have time to take it to another cleaners in time. I will never come back, except maybe to pee on the building facade or manager/owner' s car. I can't imagine their competence in other matters would be high. read more

This place is awful. First they ruined a Tommy Bahama silk shirt. It was yellow when it came in and was tan when I picked it up. The manager said the shirt was designed to fade. Wow really? First, they don't have a sign posting that they don't accept credit cards for anything under $5, so I had to come back twice. My son's coat was brand new wool and had clearly been washed (or something), but not dry cleaned. Furthermore, it still had a stain on it, AND it had pet hair on it and I don't even own a pet!!! One of the clerks had an attitude and was on her cell phone both time I came in. I had to return a third time to speak with the manager who only gave me my $3 back, even though my son's coat was clearly ruined. I should've checked the reviews before I went there. read more

I've had it with this place. Although the guy who runs it is nice and welcoming and prices are fair, they can't keep from damaging clothes. Every time I take a group of dress shirts into clean, I get at a minimum of 2 garments back with cracked , broken, or missing buttons. Then next time when you drop them off you have to pay to have the damaged buttons replaced. I've asked why this is happening, and the response I was given, is because I'm getting the shirts starched. Left thinking that was a legit reason, then when I picked up the next load of clothes with no starch, I had a shirt with missing buttons, that was new with tags when I dropped it off. I got to checking my dry clean only shirts, and sure enough 2 shirts had cracked or missing buttons. I've now been coming here for over 6 months, they've damaged about a dozen shirts and lost another shirt. I've used 5 other cleaners in Houston (Areas: galleria , midtown, greenway plaza, and montrose, heights) and I have never had issues like this. Extremely disappointed. I will not be coming back and take my business back to my old cleaners. If you come here EXPECT to have buttons damaged, if you're ok with this and then paying to have fixed, this is the cleaners for you. Did a great job on same day service for the fella's work shirts. They even changed some cracked buttons. Shirts/Slacks are clean and well pressed. No issues with customer service. I has about 25 items and believe I got a good deal. read more

Solid dry cleaner. Live in the neighborhood. Have been going here for about a year now. Only had one issue and it was resolved appropriately. Considering the amount of stuff we bring in, thats less than 0.1% of all garments that we have taken in. Nothing special, but solid neighborhood dry cleaner. read more

Just started coming here and so far I'm very pleased. Clothes always come back in great condition - looks like they are really handled with care. I'm most appreciative of the way they tag each individual piece. They do not staple or pin the tag directly to the garment's label; they delicately loop the tag through the label and staple it to itself. I could not stand how other dry cleaners would staple the tag to my clothes' label, which leaves a hole in it! As far as customer service goes, the female staff on the weekends is less than friendly, but what can you really do. I've seen the manager (a man) a couple of times, and he's always very pleasant. I went in for alterations because that's what their sign says. I drop off my husbands uniforms for alterations the manager told me it was going to take 1 week to get them back and my bill was going to be $142.00 for everything. I didn't care about the amount but, guess what it's been a whole month and i still don't have my husbands uniform back. BAD SERVICE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM OR REFER ANYBODY TO THEM. Terrible. This is not a business that respects their customers. They have now ruined 4 pair of jeans (~$200). I've had 3 pair with buttons that have been bent/fallen off and one pair with a zipper that would not go up or down. After the last two pair got ruined I took them up there and asked if they would fix them or pay for them. She said "we're not responsible for buttons or zippers." She said they could send them off to have the buttons replaced for $30. I said even though it's your fault you will still charge me? She said again.. Buyer beware. Inexpensive but very poor quality work and poor customer service. DO NOT pay extra for shirts to be dry cleaned, their pressing is done half baked and ruins shirt cuffs. This has happened to me for weeks before I complained several times. They then blame you for ordering wrong. Based on other reviews, poor quality work and bad customer service is this place's calling card. Go elsewhere. read more

The turnaround time was ok, but my shirt came out with one of the stains not removed, and a new one where there wasn't before. It's hard to find any cleaner without negative reviews, but I've had better service elsewhere. I'm still looking for a good one though so take with a grain of salt. read more
