Large cuts of meat, big cans of sliced olives, big bags of sugar, flour and chips. There were many things I would buy in quantity but one thing on my list was sliced olives and I did not need a gallon can of them. They have walk in refrigerated rooms for produce, meats and dairy along with a walk in freezer but mostly you can chose from the outside doors on the freezers. Great place to pick up items for an event like plates, cutlery, table cloths and disposable containers. Also they sell anything you might need for restaurant supply, dishes, bus trays, silverware and chafing dishes. I was glad to see that some things you could buy individually like Torriani syrups, aluminum pans (9x13 were .37) that's a great price since I was used to buying them at the dollar store and certain desserts and coffee. It's fun to look at everything and make a wish list of all the kitchenware. Check it out some prices are great but some are a bit high. Well I only found that a 1/2 gallon of whipping cream was a little pricey. All in all we'll be back especially since it's a great place to shop for our local community hall for their supplies. Also their staff was super friendly and helpful with no long lines.

As the season moves along you can delight in their onions, tomatoes, greens, roots, melons, eggplant, squash, sunflowers - you name it, they're growing it. They've been open to the public for about 2 years & I just became a member this season. Better than a regular CSA where you have to take a box of whatever they give you - here you can buy whatever you want/need & the cost is deducted from your 'tab'.
