Miguel (the owner) was super honest and extremely helpful in what all steps I would need to file a claim with my insurance. He made sure throughout the entire process to keep me in the loop of what was going on and was in constant communication with Enterprise as well as my insurance company, making sure the process was as easy as possible for me. Anytime there was an issue or concern with Enterprise or my insurance, Miguel quickly had it taken care of for me. By the time my repair was done, not only could I not even tell there had been any issues, but they had thoroughly cleaned my car...inside and out! My car was insanely IMMACULATE! Professionals!! I took my uncles 2012 Honda CRV there, I really didn't know what to expect because the car was in pretty bad shape. Last year my car was damaged pretty bad in an accident - I was expecting a really bad and expensive process getting the repairs done. Luckily Jose helped me out tremendously. He went above and beyond what I would've expected, he offered me a great price and even offered me a ride back from the shop after I turned my car in. My car looked great after the repairs - you couldn't even tell it was damaged in the first place. Also the repairs only took about a week - a super quick turnaround. I have a Honda Accord that needed some wear and tear repaired. This included both bumpers and a fender. When the fender replacement came in damaged, Miguel repaired the original since a replacement for the damaged fender would have taken more than 2 weeks to come in.
