At first, I brought my car just for brake replacement, but they did extra inspection and found other issues that were endangering my car. The mechanics, especially Chris are fantastic -- really knowledgeable and dedicated, careful with the car, and paid attention to the details. Not to mention, they work so fast and get the job done within a day or matter of 1-2 days! Also, the front office staff is communicative, and on top of it, getting back right away. After receiving my car back, it now actually runs better than when I first bought it nearly 2 decades ago! It is smoother, lighter, and the worrying sounds are gone. I would trust this precision center with my car and recommend them to any friends, family, or strangers.

They were all very professional and pleasant to deal with. The final repair even came $100 under the initial estimate. We can't say enough good things about this shop.

I've never had to get my own car serviced and repaired before so I wanted to know that I was in good hands. I went on facebook and asked the harbor point group what people recommended for auto repair and the great reviews of scottys caught my eye. I called up scottys and they let me know they were booked for the next 2 days (it was the first) but they said to drop it off and that they would do their best to look at it beforehand. sure enough I got a call the next day with a breakdown of what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate which was HALF WHAT THE JEEP DEALER QUOTED US, plus it didnt include some of the nonsensical stuff they suggested to fix that scottys said did not need to be done. ultimately they were able to get everything done before we headed out for vacation. when I went to go pick it up, they had admitted there was a communication error and that it wasnt ready just yet and that it would be another hour or so. I mentioned that I had just took an uber and had a lot of other things to try to work on and to see if they could try to give me an accurate time estimate. the guy there (isaac i think) just handed me a set of keys and said heres a loaner ill call you! that alone made this a 6 star experience! talk about admitting to a mistake and making up for it with phenomenal service. anywho, i know where ill be getting my oil changed moving forward! thank you guys!

Is 0 stars possible?…read more I went to this place by accident after confusing it with universal auto body (who does a solid job by the way), to get my brakes inspected. After telling me they were going to waive the diagnosis fee, they took three hours to diagnose the problem and falsely told me I needed to get multiple different things replaced, costing over $2800. After telling them I was going to try and get a 2nd opinion, they charged me $180+ just for the diagnosis. I am now getting it fixed at another place for less than $1000. These guys are thieves!

I brought my car to Cranbury where they did preform necessary work however, they cleaned the transfer case area which was covered in oil etc and said to bring back after a day trip and put it up on lift and, low n behold transfer case was not leaking at all saving me big money. That's honesty I like and scored big brownie points with me. My car is running like new. PS I like the hometown atmosphere here. Like back in time in Mayberry with Andy Griffin and the gang ;-). Very pleasant guys here. Unlike another local shop who makes you feel like your bothering them.

Reason for 4 stars: The first time I came in, it was extremely busy and took hours to get my car tested which is insane. This time around, I learned my lesson and came 15 minutes after they opened. There were already two people waiting and at this time of day, no one was there for inspections until around 7:45. After they started taking cars in, I was only waiting for about 10 minutes. The price is $20 and it's cash only (at least that's what I was told but don't remember paying cash last time). Get in right when they open so you don't have to wait so long (even if they don't start accepting cars until later. There were about 6 people after me).
