Came to get an oil change done and didn't realize until I went to go get another oil change done at…read morea different location where I found out that whatever idiot that worked on my oil change, put the shield plate back on with a power tool, which inevitably stripped my screw. So when I went to go get the second oil change, they were unable to take the screw and shield off. I brought it back to the mechanic to get them to take the plate off and they told me they didn't have time to do my oil change that I can come back at a later day. I went to get my oil changed at Valvoline and they wouldn't put my shield back on. So I went to the mechanic on Long Ridge Road and inform them that I needed my shield put back on and they refused to help me because they said this wasn't their problem even though the initial problem started with them. I spoke with the owner/manager personally and he refused to assist. Homie has no compassion or empathy and basically didn't give any fuck about helping anybody but himself.

I called up scottys and they let me know they were booked for the next 2 days (it was the first) but they said to drop it off and that they would do their best to look at it beforehand. sure enough I got a call the next day with a breakdown of what needed to be done. They gave me an estimate which was HALF WHAT THE JEEP DEALER QUOTED US, plus it didnt include some of the nonsensical stuff they suggested to fix that scottys said did not need to be done. ultimately they were able to get everything done before we headed out for vacation. when I went to go pick it up, they had admitted there was a communication error and that it wasnt ready just yet and that it would be another hour or so. I mentioned that I had just took an uber and had a lot of other things to try to work on and to see if they could try to give me an accurate time estimate. the guy there (isaac i think) just handed me a set of keys and said heres a loaner ill call you! that alone made this a 6 star experience! talk about admitting to a mistake and making up for it with phenomenal service. anywho, i know where ill be getting my oil changed moving forward! thank you guys!

Spent a ton of time, energy and money to get the fuel pump replaced. Couple of days later, stopped at a gas station and noticed gas gushing out from the rear of the car. Took the car to the same shop next day and they won't troubleshoot the issue for me. Told me the fuel neck is probably rusty and just don't fill the tank to the top. Well, I never had any issues with the fuel neck/seal or filling gas prior to this fuel pump replacement job. A few days later my check engine light came on for the same reason as the fuel evaps leak detected. They didn't help me with any of these issues despite charging a hefty amount for fuel pump replacement. Zero customer service. I won't be back for any of my car service needs at this location and do not recommend this service shop to anyone.
