They lost our package valued at $500 and won't take responsibility for it. They just tell us we should have purchased protection which is such a joke. Stallion express took a package knowing they couldn't ship to Range Roads. Then, halfway through the process returned the item. Neither the seller or buyer were made aware of this change until they inquired a month later. The package was disposed of by stallion by the time the two parties were made aware. This is honestly the worst shipping company I've ever used. I sent three parcels, and none of them were delivered yet. One package hasn't even been processed since October 2nd while today is Oct 18 and it was promised to be delivered within 11 business days -- absolutely unacceptable. There's no proper way to contact them, no email that works, and their customer service is non-existent. I can't get any updates or explanations, and my parcels just sit there with no movement. I've requested a refund for all delayed shipments and for the money I deposited into my account, waiting for the response. Customer service at Stallion Express is non-existent. If you actually want a reply, your best bet is to comment on their YouTube channel--seriously, that's the only place they seem to respond. I've been trying to get in touch with their claims department for 4 weeks now. Still nothing. No replies, no updates--just silence. Don't expect any real instructions on how to use their services. You'll have to dig around and figure it out yourself. The staff at their drop-off locations? Zombies. They can't answer a single question about anything--not even when parcels will cross the border. Their only job is to keep the door open so you can drop off parcels. And this is at a Stallion-owned location! Ask them a question, and you'll get nothing--because they aren't trained in anything. The only thing Stallion Express used to have going for it was slightly better rates for some shipments. That's not true anymore. When they lose your package (cause they will) they will not reimburse you or even contact you (even though they say they'll get back to you) regarding anything until they lose your package. Started using Stallion 2 years ago. Was impressed at first. Then, packages were being lost, both foreign and domestic. One package was lost at their premises in Mississauga before even being handed over to a courier. We ship collectables that are irreplaceable so this is especially infuriating. Worst part is that it seems that they don't care. Customer service is non-existent. No live person to speak with and messages / emails are never answered. They process refunds on insured items that are lost within 2 weeks but only as credit to your account. Needless to say, we are looking at using other companies and will be dumping Stallion once we find different shipping options So, at this point my rating of this company is 1/5 read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. After over 20 years in business, I've never encountered such a dysfunctional and misleading shipping service. Stallion Express lured me in with promises of affordable international shipping -- and delivered a masterclass in incompetence. First, their convoluted "credit" system is archaic. Instead of simply charging my card for the shipment, I had to preload funds into a Stallion wallet. Why? Who knows. Then, after creating my label and driving 20 minutes to drop off the package (which should've been flagged immediately), I was blindsided five days later with an email saying they couldn't ship the item -- coffee beans -- due to FDA regulations. Mind you, this was a shipment from Canada to the UK. The FDA doesn't even factor into that equation. When I asked what FDA had to do with anything, the excuse shifted to: "we're not insured to ship food." Even worse, their system allowed the shipment to go through without warning me that it was "prohibited." Instead of building safeguards into their platform, they buried a list of restricted items somewhere deep in their website -- which they blamed me for not digging up. No clear notice. No accountability. As if that weren't enough, I was told to pick up the returned package from Mississauga -- far from where I dropped it off. I drove 45 minutes to that location, only to be told it was at a different one. Another 15 minutes. Between the drop-off, return pick-up, and multiple emails fighting for a refund to my credit card instead of "credits," I lost nearly 4 hours and every ounce of patience I had left. This company is a logistical nightmare. The customer service is cold, unhelpful, and takes no responsibility for their own platform's failures. If you're considering Stallion Express, do yourself a favor -- don't. I've never dealt with a more poorly run operation, and I will never use them again. read more

Stay away from this company. Like the other reviews, customer service is non existent. I've shipped 44 items with Stallion since Canada Post went on strike. They've lost two of them, both insured. They credited my account within a couple of weeks for each. Unfortunately, the last one they lost was worth $220 more than the maximum insurance of $300 allowed. I explained I had to refund my customer $520 so could they please re-imburse the $300 to my credit card. I was told they don't re-imburse, I could only use the $300 for future shipments. I told them to close my account and send me the funds on credit. They closed my account promptly. They also said they'd re-imburse the funds in my account. Two months later I'm still getting dicked around by customer service and no sign of the money they owe me. Now I'll have to spend money on a legal solution. Really? read more

Whether you are shipping one package a week or one thousand you will not find a more reliable company than this one and with the addition of new Account Succes Manager Selina Idris things have never been running smoother I highly recommend this company they are the cheapest and offer services their competitors just do not provide, I owe much of my success directly you them. I can't say that I'm a fan of their new "state of the art" location. They just moved a bit further East a coupla months ago. It may be better for their business, larger unit, but for their customers, I find it waaay more inconvenient. First, the parking lot is rather tight. Lot is much smaller and it is usually full the times that I've pulled in. Second, I thought one of the main purposes of this new location was to create a space for customers to drop off their parcels, properly...thru a set of front doors. Do you know how many times that I've pulled up, tugged on the doors, only to find out that I hafta drop them off in the back warehouse? Lastly, the driveway to the shipping/receiving area is soo tight! It's like a 1.5 way, so you really need to proceed with caution when you hafta drop off our parcels there. Their customer service seems good in that I asked them to post up a sign to inform customers when the front doors are locked. However, when they did, it was in 14-pt font and I still had to park my car, pull on the doors, and read a long email explaining that the doors are closed. Overall, from a customer's point-of-view, the new facility is less convenient and more of a hassle especially the parking and driveway leading to the back of the building. Seeing how it is a shipping facility, a set of automated front doors would help TREMENDOUSLY!!! read more

I ordered 6 collectibles from two online companies in the US. Both shipments were sent to the Shippsy warehouse in NY. They opened the boxes, took pictures of my items, (which arrived in perfect shape) and sent me the pics via e-mail. Pics are taken to make sure items are as described, to process any duty or sales tax that I would have to declare and pay. I completed the form, paid, and asked to consolidate my order into one shipment to send it to my home in Canada. Unfortunately they took both orders with all 6 items, and decided to cram everything into one box. Once it arrived to my house I opened the box, and surprise surprise! 2 of my items were damaged!! They wanted to blame Canada Post which is unreasonable because the damage was done at their warehouse. They do not want to admit their mistake nor are they willing to do anything to make it right. No credit, no refund. I spoke to at least 3 / 4 members, supervisors and they would not refund me for the damage they caused. Shippsy blocked me from making any further comments on their website. They lost my package at their own mississauga warehouse that was handed to an asian employee, i been emailing back and fourth and now i am being ignored. No phone calls answered. No emails. How do you lose a package that was handed to you. I dont understand thats the only job you have to recieve packages and scan them. So far my experience with this company has been ABYSMAL. My order was placed and shipped on the 24th of November and it is now December 8th and there has been no updated tracking info since the 25th. I tried calling. The line sounded like it was accidentally picked up by someone because it stopped ringing and I could hear ambient sounds so I started shouting HELLO. Finally someone started shouting HELLO back at me but no one ever said anything about whether I had reached a company let alone this company. Presumably they didn't hear me because the person hung up. I tried the online chat and no one ever responded. The bot did request my email but I still haven't heard from anyone and now my tracking number just shows 'could not get shipping info' when I try the tracking page on the website. They misplaced my $700 CAD shipment and cannot track it down. I believe they re-printed my label just so they could scan it as 'forwarded to carrier' one week after I dropped it off.....but the carrier never scanned it as received from Stallion after another week passed. The worst. Sent a UPS package with express shipping 1-4 days. They held it for 2 business days and counting. What is the point of express delivery if they're going to hold it for 2 days... And shipping going to the west coast from Toronto is incredibly slow. Canada Post would normally take 4 days and Stallion would take 14 days. A return within Ontario took 4 weeks to process. Postage without Ontario is usually even more expensive via Stallion than CanadaPost in Shopify. And since the app upgrade no updates were sent to via Shopify. Tech support was not helpful - said they created a ticket and no response. it's been 6 weeks and counting. read more
