About six months ago, I decided I was sick of cleaning the house and hired Stainless Housekeeping to do the stuff that I was no longer willing to do myself. There are a lot of things out there that promise to make your life better or easier or whatever. Most fall short. But hiring Stainless has lived up that expectation and more. I hired them to come every other Friday for 3 hours, which has been more than enough to keep the house looking fantastic. I love that the same workers come each time, which means that they know the areas that need attention and are able to keep track of things that need done occasionally. They are always on-time and WORK the entire time, and I really appreciate the little touches like making the dog's bed (complete with bone on the pillow) and getting those stupid cobwebs out of the corners of the high ceilings. My family has used this company for the past 2 plus years, and we have been very impressed with their professionalism and the work they have done. We have had different cleaners like Nicole, Corie, and Jen, and they have all done a great job getting to know our home, and how we liked it cleaned. We have a 5 bedroom house with 2 baths, and they have been the less expensive and best cleaning company we have ever used, they get a lot done in a little amount of time. They have also been flexible when I have needed to reschedule last minute, and also when I have called them with not a lot of notice, they have always been able to make my schedule work. We just moved in to a new place and needed an initial cleaning, which they arranged on short notice. Jenn showed up and did an incredible job, at a very reasonable rate (so much so, we decide to hire her for ongoing bi-weekly service.) The previous tenant had left a stain in the bathtub but it was no match for Jenn and her magic powers. I am so glad to have found Stainless, they help make sure our home will be clean despite our awfully crazy work schedules. Sometimes they miss little things I like; dusting my water heater, wiping down my cabinets, making beds... But they will do whatever I need if I leave a list. Stainless is the best house cleaning service I have experienced! Not only are they thorough and meticulous, but they work hard to get a lot done in the time frame. When I have my bathrooms done, they have wiped and scrubbed every square inch, including the doors, baseboards and cabinets--way more than a surface job. I think when employees are paid better, they can produce this higher standard of work. read more

We are currently on vacation and I am looking forward to coming back to a clean home. We have been a client since 2011. Aside from the occasional forgetting to empty a garbage etc..
