Kathy and Bruce (the owners) are great people who made sure they worked on my project until it was done right. It was a bumpy start but I commend companies that work hard to make sure you are satisfied before they call it complete. If we didn't have a number of hiccups in the beginning I think this would have been a five star review due to their dedication and the way the finished product looks. My advice would be to make sure the designer measures again before the final install date and I highly recommend paying extra for the baseboard addition that makes it look more finished. I didn't know that was an option initially and once it was added it made a world of difference. Also get a jewelry drawer, a tie rack, and a belt rack. They are worth the splurge. read more

They have plenty of options to review to get the exact look and functionality you need. We were surprised to see that they also do garage, laundry, and kitchen storage. BUYER BEWARE!! Our closets, after almost 2 months of the installer coming back to the house repeatedly saying they would be installed correctly and look great, are still a mess. I do not recommend doing business with the company as the installers they use are not very skilled. read more

We had them out recently to install cabinets in our garage. Very professional! They came and took the measurements and installed some great cabinets. They look very nice and work perfectly. I'm not sure how this company only has 3 stars. Our experience has been FANTASTIC from the design to installation. I am a very indecisive person and our designer Jen was incredibly helpful and so patient with me. She helped me design the most amazing master closets (his and hers) and laundry room! I met with Wendy and Bruce prior to finalizing our designs and they were just as helpful. They took time in the design center (as they were closing) to show me each item on our design, which I'm so grateful for! and our installer Mike couldn't have been any better! He made a couple small changes without hesitation, kept in touch through the whole process, has a ton of experience and made our spaces look AMAZING!!!! I've referred a couple friends to The Closet Factory already and will only use them for future projects! read more

I hired Closet Factory to install an organizer in my master bedroom. Installation date: October 11. They were late because a lot of their installers "called in sick." However, Juan and his apprentice Arturo showed up and were very polite and professional. The installation took several hours not including a long lunch break. The "completed" project looked good but had two hang rods the were very scratched up and one hang rod that was missing. They came to install new hang rods two weeks later but were not the ones ordered. Fortunately they came back that same day with the correct ones. I have to admit that I am not happy with the shoe rack. I was told it would accommodate two pair per shelf. That may be true for women's shoes but not for men's. I can only put 3 of my shoes on a shelf. All in all I am pleased with the product. Their attention to detail when it comes to the customer is lacking. read more

We used Closet Factory a year ago for a project in a spare room and they did a good job. This past week we worked with them on a kitchen cabinet project that was an absolute disgrace. They took over 2 weeks for a job that should have taken a day. Measurements wrong 3 times, cabinets coming unfinished, unqualified fitter that damaged walls in our kitchen. If you have a choice use somebody else. Standard is gone and Bruce owner could care less. Offered shallow apology not not willing to help any further. One word to describe the craftsmanship or a company that should specialize in craftmanship. Disgrace!! Steer clear and seek out a quality shop for your project. read more

This company is corrupt. They bid you one thing and build another. They also don't complete the job. Then when you are waiting for them to do so, they will send you a mechanics lien. I have built 2 high end homes and have never dealt with such a bad vendor before. I would never work with them again and nor should you. read more
