I spent a lot of time looking at the massive selection at Carpet Discount Warehouse and finally chose one that I thought would be perfect. Got an amazing price on the carpet, and they booked the installation right away. The crew rolled in and out of my house in no time, moved all the furniture, cleared away all the mess and left me with 2 gorgeous rooms of carpet. Went back and found a jute remnant and had them make me a runner from it, just the size I needed. Great products, terrific prices, great service and expert installation. Couldn't be happier with Carpet Discount Warehouse!

I returned it a couple days later as it didn't look good in the space. I searched for an alternative, but didn't find one there. Ended up buying a rug else where and asking Vahid for a refund. Vahid told me that I couldn't get a refund and it was exchange only. What???? I was like I wouldn't have bought the rug had I have known it was refund only. He said, that's store policy. The store is a scam. Steer clear!

We immediately felt at home with Zaki, his wife, and his staff. They took the time to walk with us throughout his immense showroom and explain the histories and details of his one-of-a-kind rugs, of which there were thousands. The prices of the rugs were more than reasonable, and Zaki is donating his earnings to an incredible cause - a charity focused on building orphanages and educating underprivileged children in Pakistan, where he grew up and has worked for years to give young people opportunities. I could go on for thousands of words about the incredibly vast selection of rugs, the heirloom quality of their construction, and the beauty of the designs, but words cannot convey the true impact of spending time with Zaki and his team. Like most of his clients, we were profoundly saddened to learn that he will likely be closing the showroom in 2020, in order to focus on his incredibly generous charitable endeavors, working with children in his native Pakistan. BEWARE**** HORRIBLE…read more!!!! DO NOT park your car anywhere in the vicinity of this store or it will be towed!!! NO SIGNS STATING CARS WILL BE TOWED!!! I was wedding dress shopping with my daughter and came out to find my truck towed!!!!! I was livid to say the least as parking at this building is for the entire complex, as it states on the sign. I went into 3 other businesses to ask whom had towed my vehicle, they all told me it was the mgr of Acquisition!!! When i approached the store the mgr said she had a delivery and had to tow it!!!!! I was appalled as there were so many other places that they could have parked!!!! EVERY SHOP I SPOKE WITH SAID THEY SHOULDVE PUT CONES OUT IF SHE KNEW SHE HAD A. DELIVERY. She proceeded to tell me she had to help the 2 customers that were in her store then she would help me!!!! LIKE WHAT!??!! My vehicle was missing, I had an appointment to get to AND I PARKED LEGALLY!!!! The store that i was in graciously offered to pay to get the vehicle back in which i told them it was NOT their problem. When my daughter went in Acquisition to find out what we were supposed to do the mgr STILL HAD NOT CONTACTED THE OWNER NOR CALLED THE TOW COMPANY!!! FINALLY I told her she would have a lawsuit on her hands if i didnt get my vehicle back ASAP, she rudely informed me that she would pay and call the tow company. It was a complete disaster trying to find the tow company etc. What should've been a great day shopping for my daughters wedding dress turned out horrible thanks to this mgr's poor decision and horrible attitude
