Poor customer service and not accommodating.
Beware moms and those who are wheelchair bound. I found out about this place through Amazon Local with hopes of adding a few little chic touches to my family room. Upon arrival to the locale with my toddler in stroller, I was disappointed to find that there were about 4-5 steps required to enter the place and no ramp to the entrance. I was forced to turn around and attempt to make plans to return without my children which is slim to none. Fortunately I found an hour of my busy life that I could return to the store without my children. Too my dismay, there were even more stairs inside and very tight spacing between furniture and accessories that I would have NEVER made it through the store even if I had overcome the first few steps leading to the entrance. I left empty-handed. Once I realized that there was slim to no chance of returning without my children, I called the store to request a refund of my Amazon Local voucher. I was told NO because "people have done it before" and they even offered to "watch my children" while I shopped. Um, no thank you. Just because other people don't mind climbing stairs with their children in a stroller, or bumping into delicate furniture (where if something was broken I'm sure I would have been financially responsible), or letting strangers aka store clerks watch their children so one could shop..does not mean that it should be expected of everyone. Thankfully the customer service representative of Amazon Local agreed with me and instantly refunded my voucher and agreed that it was ridiculous for a business to expect this inconvenience of their customers. As a business owner myself who has also run a deal via Living Social, I would never treat a customer this way. It proves that good customer service is still hard to come by which is very sad and unfortunate. read more
