I received a defective mattress and within 5 months the dip in it when laid upon is horrible. The middle stayed extremely firm as well as the foot of the mattress, the head and middle dipped horribly. They test it by throwing a string across the bed, that's it, so I don't think anyone would ever win against that type of so called testing method. Instead of them making it right, they offered a measly discount IF I come back in and purchase yet another mattress from them. Let's make this make sense....IF I come back in and spend ANOTHER $3500, I'll get $1800 off. So at the end of the day, this crooked company nets $5200. That makes perfect sense. BEWARE they do not care about their consumer nor stand by the product. They are clearly okay with selling you a defective and/ or used mattress, while then trying to collect even more money from you to come back in and buy another mattress.
