I actually got rid of our $3,000 bed due to the strong chemical Smell of Formaldehyde that would not go away ! There's a process where companies have to make the beds flame retardants and some law was past years ago . Now we sleep in these chemicals that harm our bodies . I wish they told me about this before I bought it .. the smell subsided a little bit I could still smell it along with the memory foam pillows ... I will admit , it was a comfortable bed and I slept great but I just don't feel safe sleeping with a strong nail polish remover smell every night .

They don't deserve any of your money or time. Don't apply to work here either. They have crazy turnover with employees because, once again, upper management doesn't care about its employees so no one gets adequate training to do their job. They're just thrown into the fire to try and figure it out. And unsurprisingly, most people don't make it more than a couple months because the stress and pressure of maintaining sales numbers gets to be too much. Stay away from Kimbrell's at all costs!

His only comment when asked if it was the one I ordered was " how the hell should I know, I don't know anything about mattresses". The numbers on the mattress tag finally proved me right and they reluctantly took it back. 2 weeks shot to hell. The second mattress? Yeah, it was wrong too. They said once it comes into your house it is YOUR'S, no returns. Don't be fooled, there's a lot of BULL there, go to a reputable store, we did. They do delivery but not all the way to me I think the guy said 20 miles. We got a dining room table and server. The price was reasonable but the service was superior. David was working both times so that is who I dealt with and he was knowledgeable and funny. We would go back if we needed something especially since I can call and get all the help I need before I drove there. If we were closer we would be there for all our furniture needs.
