Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . I brought my Range Rover Sport SVR in for front-end collision repair. The original repair was…read moreextensive and took longer than expected, maxing out my 30 days of insurance rental coverage. Upon pickup on November 28, 2025, I immediately discovered a severe, spreading clear coat delamination on the carbon fiber hood that was not present before the repair. The shop's own receipt confirms they performed no authorized work on the hood, which strongly indicates this new damage was caused or accelerated by repair processes (heat, chemicals) on adjacent components while the vehicle was in their care. The General Manager has acknowledged the issue but is attempting to classify it as a manufacturer warranty problem rather than correcting the incidental damage that occurred at the shop. Due to this unresolved defect, I am without transportation, as the car is now garaged to prevent the clear coat failure from spreading further. Caliber is currently refusing (no communication) to provide a comparable loaner vehicle. I now have outside legal involved. I will update this review once this liability issue is resolved and the repair is scheduled.

I had already purchased the grille myself, so all I needed was the labor for installation. As soon as I arrived, the front staff were incredibly friendly, and a technician came out to give me an estimate. He grabbed my VIN number, did some quick research, and walked me through the labor required for the service. The entire estimate process only took a few minutes. The original quote for replacing the grille was $270, and since I'm a student, I politely asked if there was any possibility of a student discount. He immediately knocked $40 off, bringing my total to about $230, which was amazing. He was very confident and clear about the work that would be done, and they even had availability within the next two days. I came back in on Wednesday, and the process took about three to four hours. I picked up my car a little later, and the new grille looks absolutely incredible. Overall, the staff were super friendly, and I loved how close the shop is to downtown Kirkland while still being tucked away in a quieter neighborhood. You definitely have to check this place out, it's an incredible spot. The team is welcoming, professional, and honestly, it feels like they can do just about anything here!

The shop communicated efficiently with the at-fault's insurance company, and Katie at the front desk is magnificent, always answering the phone in a timely manner if we had any questions or followups. Mark came out to address our concerns with the paint not matching upon pick-up day, and he took it back to fix with polite can-do's, which really put us at ease. He even offered to replace the black reflector piece that got scratched (possibly during installation), and we really appreciate that gesture too. Second attempt paint match was much better, and it's like-new! They give you a paint sample for DIY touch-ups if you ever need it. I can't say anything about their value because our insurance did not pay for it. Happy to recommend this shop to anyone because their attitude is excellent and makes them easy to work with.
