Scam employment agency. I got a phone call from an Adriana claiming that I would hear back…read moreregarding a position that I really really want and it turns out I got nothing. This staffing agency is terrible but better than Adecco. Why? They are the biggest clowns ever compared to these guys. When you try to follow up, they told you they will keep you posted and you know what? I have been completely lied to. I was told I will know by the end of June and here we are now. No response from these clowns as well. I went to clown college for undergrad and this is how I am repaid. Do you want me to run your staffing agency? I got the qualifications because I went to clown college too and can do a better job than everyone who works here. If you are mentally challenged apply with them at your own risk because in the end you get treated like trash. If my ex girlfriend was a staffing agency this will probably fit the bill. Unacceptable. Is this any way to treat a neurodiverse person on their career break? I think not. Being mean to a mentally challenged person is a crime and seems to me like this staffing agency is committing it. Thanks for ghosting me and making my life a bigger cesspit of failure. I will still apply with you guys but don't count on me being lenient with you because that opportunity is lost now.

Yet another stereotypical staffing agency experience. Where do I start?…read more Well I got a call from Veronica at this location one morning regarding my resume that I have up on Monster. She had a position open that I had the skills for- plus the bonus skill of speaking Japanese which is what the company wanted. I told her I was interested so I did the ProveIt tests (as I've done so many times in the past already) and set up an interview for 8:30 the next morning to do paperwork. I went in and did the first set of paperwork which included some silly tests about filing and what not. Then I saw the agent, Veronica, to fill out more forms and do the interview. She grilled me on Japanese phrases but she didn't speak Japanese so I felt like I was just sitting there racking my brain for phrases I can't directly translate for nothing. Then I was ushered off to watch the TWO safety videos and finish my paperwork at the same time. I had to do tax forms and idiotic other forms that every temp agency has while watching two fake newscasters tell me common sense over the course of at least 40 minutes. But I've suffered through this all before so I decided to suck it up and do it since they actually had something for me. I finished the interview and left feeling confident, but still incredibly skeptical. I had reason to be as well. It took 4 weeks for me to get just an interview with the company for reasons I'm still unsure of. The company was apparently dragging their feet and not getting back to Snelling so I can't fault them on that. What I can fault them on is their lack of communication. Never once did I get an update that wasn't prompted by me emailing and asking what was going on. Even when there was an update I wasn't "kept posted". Finally I had the interview and all seemed well. I waited a week and then emailed Snelling, asking Veronica if they had said anything yet. Turned out the company hired on their own and Snelling knew it, but no one, not a single person, thought to contact me- the only person they had sent to this company. Granted they are a busy, busy place, but it's not unreasonable to have even the receptionist send out emails to candidates who didn't get a job. How are we supposed to know? If I emailed, I'd have to wait hours to get a response and calling them always resulted in talking to someone other than my agent. The only reason this location gets 2 stars is for Nancy. She is very, very nice and even called me the day of the interview to wish me luck. Other than that I cannot recommend this, or any other, agency. They have awards coating their walls, but I'm sure they're purely for number of people signed up versus people they successfully place in a job. So I shall close with the same thing I've said in my reviews for Apple One: I've noticed that this is standard practice from temp/staffing agencies. Unless the company already knows you and has committed to hiring you, don't bother. Every staffing agency will make you fill out form after form, a W-2, watch the stupidest safety videos, and go through an interview merely to completely ignore you. If you do manage to get an interview through them with a company, don't expect them to contact you if you didn't get the job. They'll never let you know.

I will begin by saying that when I needed a job, Snelling was there, I had left a good job at SFO…read morefor something local and Snelling accommodated me. I had been told from the beginning that the job was very demanding and unble to continue the assignment. I am on my 5th assignment and couldn't be more happy, the people are great, very helpful, and the job is just right for me. Victoria, Rolando, Dante, and Josie "Thank you".
