She reached out recently to check in and although she wasn't the recruiter directly managing the role I was pursuing, she went out of her way to offer support and check in. Aileen is a lovely person - kind, open, and genuinely welcoming. She didn't have to help, but she did anyway, which speaks volumes about her character. It's rare to come across someone in the recruiting world who offers warmth, encouragement, and knowledge so freely. I'm truly grateful for her kindness! Thank you for being my inside scoop Aileen !

Absolutely stellar!!!…read more I recently just re-entered the job market and stopped by to see what services were offered. They're actually partially run by Rubicon Programs, a non-profit that helps people with employment and a number of other services. When I came by I met the front desk staff who were very friendly and let me know that they don't have any veteran's rep, but can set up an appointment with the local East Bay one. I was impressed by how clean it was and also how organized! Usually these places can get hectic with the amount of people coming in and out but this was a great visit. Thank you friendly staff!

I went through this temp agency. After working the first day at the job that I applied for I…read morerealized that it wasn't a fit for me. I emailed the lady at svs group the next day apologizing, but that it wasn't a fit for me. She then emailed me to tell me that they were going to deduct the fee for the drug screening from my pay because I didn't complete a week. I don't recall signing anything stating that I would have to pay back anything if I quit prior to a week. With that being said I have tried to communicate with the lady to see where it states that they can legally charge me and no response yet. So basically I worked a day for free. It's not the money that I'm worried about it's the principle behind the shadiness. However, when I was first applying my emails were answered very quickly. Steer clear if you can.
