I had the pleasure of initially connecting with Aileen during my job search a year ago where she was the recruiter. She reached out recently to check in and although she wasn't the recruiter directly managing the role I was pursuing, she went out of her way to offer support and check in. Aileen is a lovely person - kind, open, and genuinely welcoming. She didn't have to help, but she did anyway, which speaks volumes about her character. It's rare to come across someone in the recruiting world who offers warmth, encouragement, and knowledge so freely. I'm truly grateful for her kindness! Thank you for being my inside scoop Aileen ! read more

I've worked with Dynamic for over 15 years, and they are hands down one of the best staffing firms out there. They truly take the time to understand your company's needs and your goals as a leader. Dynamic goes above and beyond--every single time--to find the right person for the right role at the right time. What sets them apart is their relationship-based approach. They build long-term partnerships, not just one-time placements, and they genuinely care about matching the right people with the right opportunities. After all these years, they're still my go-to because they always deliver! read more

Working with Dynamic (specifically Sophia) was GREAT. Quick to respond and very helpful. Even helped me with my resume! They, very clearly, cared about what would be best for me based on my skills and ended up putting with the best company I've ever worked for. I now work for said company full-time, and Sophia has even reached out to tell me congratulations and check-in on me a couple of times (: I would recommend Dynamic to any and everyone trying to find a job right now, especially with the current job market! read more

Tiffany is a power house and well represents her company, Dynamic. Tiffany and her team have supported our recruiting efforts for many years. Our HR unit tried other agencies on occasion, but Dynamic always came through for us. As we expanded from CA to NC, as well as work from home in AZ, GA, FL and TX, Dynamic was able to meet our ever-increasing demands for quality personnel, from entry to leadership levels. I can't speak highly enough about Dynamic or Tiffany except to say "GO 2 DYNAMIC"! Some of the roles Dynamic helped us fill include: Call Center agents (entry level to senior level) as well as Call Center Supervisors; A/P and A/R specialists up to Senior Accountants; Administrative Assistants; Benefits Administrator, HR Generalist, Recruiters, Payroll specialists supporting a 500+ workforce; Sales support, Account Executives, Regional VPs to manage our 100+ sales force; and finally, Workforce Management Analysts, Facilities staff and management; and Network Admin/IT Training Specialists, just to name a few of the roles Dynamic has effectively filled for us over the years. We could not have been as successful without the support of our personnel and, of course, Tiffany and her crew at Dynamic! read more

Dynamic is so awesomely busy that they don't need any more clients. I called Caity Kimball regarding a posted position: Monday - Sorry Caity is not in the office yet, but I will take a message and I promise she will call you when she gets in today, around 11am. Tuesday - I'm sorry Caity is out of the office at lunch at the moment, I promise to have her call you, as soon as she returns. Wednesday - I'm sorry Caity is on another phone call at the moment, but I promise to have her call you. Thursday - I'm sorry, I understand that you have been trying to reach Caity, she is on another phone call. I promise you, I will get her the message that you have been trying to reach her. Yeah, if Caity EVER decides to call me, she will learn a little bit about customer service from a professional . . . read more

I am beyond thankful for all of Tiffany's team! I recently relocated to the area and 100% leaned on her team for their expertise in finding me an opportunity. What amazed me was how I wasn't stressed!!! The team didn't just look at my resume, they wanted to know me as a person, my interests, and what I wanted for my future. They took my talents and ran with it. I've never experienced such calmness when job searching! Brett & Carlie consistently kept me updated with what was in the works, job descriptions, upcoming interviews, and any progress in general. Thank you Brett, Carlie & Tiffany for a wonderful experience and helping me land a career I'm ecstatic about! read more

I cannot praise the people and this company enough. I had responded to an ad they had put out and almost immediatly they called me in with a potential project. Whether or not i book that job, I will still feel the same about Cammie, Christopher and Brett. Not only did everyone in office greet and introduce themselves to me, i obviously felt very welcome and any nerves I had going in were quickly put to rest. I was supposed to meet with Cammie but due to unforseen circumstances Id be working with Christopher who was a-MAZING. The fact that Cammie came up to me, introduced herself and told me Christopher would be helping me was very comforting. You are not just another person to them. They appreciate the time you are giving them. Sitting Down with Christopher he hashed everything out with me. Looking through my resume and asking me questions in the least judgemental way possible. I didnt feel like I was being interviewed, I felt like i was talking shop over coffee or something. After we talked about past experience and some resume suggestions I was asked to take a test for a specific job. After that I met with the upfront and bluntly honest Brett. When i say bluntly honest, i do not mean "MEAN" or "RUDE" I mean he told me how it is, how the interview will go and all the fun stuff that accompanies that. By the end of my hour or so at Dynamic Office and Accounting Solution I felt prepared and ready to head into my interview for the job they had me going for. They prepared me in every way possible and in an efficient amount of time. I am a complete Dynamic-ite! I think they are great! WAY. TO. GO. read more

Dynamic is always my first choice when looking for temporary or permanent candidates. The staff at Dynamic take the time to listen to what I need and match the candidate to my specific requirements. They don't just send a warm body to fill the position. They are careful to make sure the person is qualified and that their qualifications AND personality will meet with the requirements of the position. I've worked with many staffing agencies over the years and can honestly say that Dynamic is the BEST! Whether you are looking to fill a position or looking for a job, try them, you will not be disappointed. read more

I have to say the Dynamic office and Accounting Solutions is the best by far. They are hands down the best recruiting company I've worked with yet. I've been working with quit a few companies over the past couple of months with very little luck. I've had the best communication and am going on a ton of interviews. These folks are high energy and full of a "Win/Win" attitude. I will use this company from now on. I highly recommend Dynamic Solutions. Brandon read more

I don't think I would be where I am today without Dynamic. Working with Dynamic helped me in so many ways when I was looking for jobs. Not only did they help me get my resume in order, but they were super nice and helpful with the whole process. I had tried other agencies and none of them had the personal touch that Dynamic gives. The other places you are a # to them, with Dynamic you are more like family and they care for you and your situation and will do their best to help you out. ____ FYI I do not agree with the review from Alesha C. - Christina was awesome and very very sweet and wonderful. I worked as a temp and with them for years and never had heard of anything like that ever. I even worked in their office as reception and never heard of any complaints. read more

Team of AWESOMENESS!!! Tiffany, Brett and staff are all attentive to your needs. I've worked with my recruiters in the past, but they do not compare to Tiffany's service. Through Tiffany I've landed an amazing job, once again thank you all for your help. read more

I registered with Dynamic last year when the company I worked for went out of business. I found them to be a breath of fresh air and they made me feel really confident in my administrative abilities. It's hard to find work in this market and the owner took the time to meet with me and learn a little bit more about my skill set to see if they could find work for me. I had a job by the end of the week. I don't know why all their good reviews are being filtered but they are a more accurate depiction of what their office is really like. read more

Tiffany and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They provided in-depth information, way above and beyond, that helped me make the final decision on my staffing needs. They even recommended other options that might better fit my needs than their own services, proving to me that they care about what's best for me and MY company. After calling 15+ staffing companies, their candor and transparency was very refreshing. Their rates are comparable with everyone else and they'll even give you a cost breakdown, so you know what you're getting and that it's a good deal. If you need a staffing company, Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions is definitely the one to go with! read more

I decided to leave my job at a grocery store, to find an office job instead. Unfortunately I decided to do this right before the pandemic hit, so I found myself scrambling to find that next job. After trying a couple places that weren't an ideal fit for me, I found Dynamic Office & Accounting Solutions from a post on Indeed.com! After I applied, they interviewed me remotely and we mutually decided this would be a perfect fit for me: a temp-to-hire job was the perfect solution to my dilemma! I am very happy with my now-permanent job, and am suggesting to everyone I know who is looking for a job, to check out Dynamic. Everyone I've talked to has been friendly and helpful. Brett was my main contact at Dynamic, and he's fantastic! Very supportive and encouraging, as well as reassuring (which is crucial in these unsettling times). Each paycheck arrived on time or early, and I couldn't be happier with my experience with Dynamic. If you're looking for your next job, please don't hesitate to contact them! read more

As I recall, my placement agent's name was Christina. I am unsure if she is still with the company, but I can say she was a hideous agent! Incredibly unprofessional! I recall I was nearing the end of my assignment (I believe I had two days left) and I had found a permanent position. I called to tell her I would need to end the assignment early as my new position asked that I start right away. She called me at the office where she placed me and began to berate me on the phone, literally yelling at me, so loud I'm sure those around me heard her. I had never been witness to such vulgar behavior, I was only in my early 20s at the time. We as temporary workers know the client (and placement agency) can get rid of you at the drop of a dime, but should you find a better opportunity and decide to leave them, that is another story entirely! Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE talent services from this company. If Christina is still an employee I would caution everyone not to choose Dynamic as their agency. (The other reviews for this agency are from the client's point of view, mine, just as relevant, is from the talent's standpoint. Prospective temp workers, beware of this agency.) read more

Before Yelp was even a thing, I was introduced to Dynamic Office Solutions. I was 22 years old and was ready to grow up. I had taken classes at different community colleges from San Diego up to the Bay Area, and finally most of my friends were graduating college and I was nowhere close. It became apparent to me that college wasn't my path and it was time to buckle down and join the workforce. Somehow I made contact with Dynamic. It's been a long time, but I do vaguely recall the interview process and assessments, which didn't send me running and I remember a pretty simple process. I do recall that within no time, temporary positions were offered to me. Dynamic found a steady stream of temporary positions for me for several months. My goal was to find permanent employment, and Dynamic worked diligently to find me that permanent position. Within just a few short months the position was presented to me through Dynamic. There was a software company in San Ramon looking for a full time receptionist. It was a salary position with benefits, retirement and everything I was looking for. To top that, the salary was higher than most of my freshly graduated friends were making in their entry level careers. I was thrilled! I interviewed and got the job. This position offered me travel opportunities, experience and room for advancement. In two and a half years I worked my way from Receptionist to Administrative Assistant to Executive Assistant, and finally the Office Manager. My career path began with Dynamic and I will forever feel grateful for the opportunity they provided for me. Joining the workforce can be intimidating, and if you are looking for a springboard, I highly recommend Tiffany Stuart and her Dynamic Office and Accounting Solutions! read more

I have been a client for and a placement of Dynamic Office Solutions. I have worked with them off and on (depending on my needs) for the past 12 years. You cannot find a more trustworthy company to work with or for. I have worked with other agencies and they do not come close to the high-level of service I received as a recipent of their placements or as as a placement of Dynamic Office Solutions. Great company! I highly recommend them to all my friends and family. read more

I never met a group of people who cared so much about their employee's, their clients and the promise to exhaust all efforts to assist in job placement. They truly uphold a real honest reputation with integrity. I started with Dynamic as a temporary employee. As a temporary employee to becoming a permanent employee. The goal has always been consistent. I recommend Dynamic, whether you are looking for a temporary job or trying to find a career. Tiffany and the staff at Dynamic will make sure they help you get there. read more

I previously worked in the internal office at the headquarters of Dynamic Solutions in Danville. I can attest to the fact that their employees are very intelligent people who excel in communication with both their clients (the companies that provide the job orders) and the many candidates that interview with Dynamic on a daily basis. The accounting department oversees an extensive (and constantly changing) payroll and they are very proactive about ensuring that all figures are correct. The president, Tiffany Stuart has developed a successful business with many customers and has provided numerous people with the opportunity of being employed. I would recommend Dynamic. read more

I would recommend Terri Brown as your Talent Manager. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I have had a nightmare with very undynamic joke of a company. The beginning interviews with the placement agent should have been a red flag as she (although I should use her name I will not because I'm that nice of a guy) would not give me a straight answer on anything I asked. But as you know, an assignment is an assignment. The assignment was great and the client wanted to hire me but my placement agent pissed them off some how and I lost out! That combined with having to follow up for paychecks - yes, THEY DO NOT PAY - I am still waiting one more day for late payment and then I will have no other choice to take legal action - all for a damn temp job. Tiffany and her team at Dynamic are not only professional but have become almost like family. They are my go to for myself, my friends and family when looking for help navigating the job market. On top of helping find the right job they are like a coach, they don't stop at helping you find the right spot they provide continued guidance and growth. Even while not working for them I still have a connection I can talk to about job movement and look to for constant support in my career. I have worked with them as a corporate partner and for assistance in placement, there is no one else I would trust to be by my side or guide my closest friends/family to. read more

I did a 1 week job and the guy who got me the job (can't remember his name) decides to tell the supervisor at the job, very sensitive family information, who then tells all of his staff. When I got to the job, one of the staff, a complete stranger, asked me about this information! None of their business! I was extremely upset. As soon as I could get to a phone I called Dynamic, told them what happened and quit the job that day. Very unprofessional. read more

I interviewed with the executive recruiter and he was terrible. He was curt, arrogant, impatient and was a terrible listener. He was the most unprofessional recruiter I have every interacted with. I am an HR Executive and assumed I would be treated with a small amount of professional courtesy, If you are an employer, I would not want this company representing me in the market place. They could only damage your employment brand. There are other more professional staffing agencies in the Bay Area. read more

Looking for a good employment agency, well this isn't it. I went in and signed up, took the tests and never heard from them again.

Amazing group of professionals. So glad I had the opportunity to work with Dynamic. Hands down, the best. Great experience!

A recruiter contacted me, obviously getting my info at one of the online job portals. Starts off looking for a position, doesn't tell me what industry and no job description. I asked what the range of pay was and job description. She gives me the job description and tells me the pay is DOE and always negotiable. I have learned that this is common with these inept recruiters looking to pad their arsenal of candidates. I tell her that if she can't tell me the range then I'll have to pass. She responds with the amount which is what a first/second year person out of college would get. I ask if she's looked at my resume and then ask if she thinks that rate is the going rate for someone with my qualifications and experience. I have over 15 years experience in a management capacity, several degrees and a professional certification. Clearly this is yet another firm that does not know what they're doing. They are not in it to help the candidate, nor do they understand the market or are trying to maintain long-term relationships with candidates. This recruiter clearly has no idea what someone with my experience should be making. It's almost like Nigerian scams. read more

I have been involved with several staffing/employment agencies over the years, and Dynamic is far and away the BEST! The people there are amazingly friendly and always the most professional. I spoke with several people there, but worked primarily with Brett. He's extremely quick to respond, and does exactly what he says he'll do. Everyone there makes you feel like you're extraordinarily special, and they literally do everything they can to market you and fit you with an employer that suits your specific needs! It's really incredible. The administrative staff made is super easy to do the payroll process, they took all the "work" off my hands. I even met the President of the company, Tiffany, and she was so incredibly friendly and helpful that you'd never know she was in charge of everything! It's been truly a fantastic experience and I encourage anyone in the job market to check out Dynamic! read more

This is the worst employment agency I have ever worked with. They smile and setup your interview but if you are not selected by the employer, you will not receive any type of communication from Dynamic again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are packed into their office like sardines and do not even have a small conference room to sit and talk with you. Do not use them!! read more

I started working with Dynamic 10 years ago, and I have nothing but great things to say about the agency. I began working with Bret and remember him telling me everything I needed to know up front. He explained that his job was to put great employees in front of companies that needed them. I've referred others to him for work. Some have been successful, some haven't. I believe it depends on the individual. I have personally experienced relationships with companies that have requested me specifically based on my performance and have been kept because of it. I know experiences vary, but I've been very very happy with Dynamic for their role in connecting me with opportunities that I can capitalize on. read more
