I've really enjoyed the pizza at Stadium after my family moved to Temecula in the middle of the pandemic. It was one of the only restaurants that kept their quality up with dealing with the challenges of changing to pick up/ delivery only. Wow! Stadium pizza my new favorite pizza joint in Temecula who knew about this hidden gem! A great family location with a variety of pizza toppings. If pizza isn't your thing they have great lunch specials that range from salads to sandwiches and even pasta! I enjoyed a cauliflower crust pizza and wings on my visit. I recommend the spicy wings they were perfect! Not only was the food delicious and reasonably priced but the staff was also very accommodating. Used to love coming to Stadium Pizza, we found it as a our go to spot during the pandemic. We were huge fans of the Thai Chicken pizza and the classic pepperoni. Sadly over the past few months the service experiences have been inconsistent. Recently we have had over 2 hour wait times for delivery, staff sometimes honoring the coupons from their pizza boxes and other times blowing us off when we call in to get us off the phone as fast as possible instead of offering options. Not to mention can't seem to figure out their business hours always get a closed automated message. Disappointing overall, the food is great but the service not so much. read more

Buddies from work always order pizza from here even tho its on the $$ price compared to regular Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc. Came out to try it out with some friends and ordered the Family meal that came with 1 Large 1 topping pizza, 2 salads, and 1 order of bread sticks. A. Salad bar was kinda whatever it didn't look as great, and taste was just ok. B. Bread sticks had a very tasty flavor to them, and adding ranch dressing made it even better. C. Pizza was very good in taste, texture, size, and overall taste. Would highly recommend the pizza here and would come again. Establishment should maybe update the tvs, add more tvs, and do something with the back room to make it feel more lively. read more

Had my order been correct, the food itself would have been 3 stars (everything we had was average), but because there were THREE errors with my order, I have to take a star away for that...it's only fair. I rented a house in Temecula for the weekend for a girl's weekend and we ordered from Stadium on Saturday night, the 28th, around 5pm for delivery. I will say, the delivery time frame was reasonable for a Saturday night..only about 30 minutes (was quoted 45-55 mins). I ordered the following ($93.00 + tip...$105 total) -1 order of large motz. sticks (12 total were SUPPOSED to be in there) with the advertised side of marinara sauce for dipping -2 large dinner salads with 1 of each type of dressing (since it was for 8 people and people wanted different things): 1 ranch, 1 thousand, 1 vinaigrette -3 large pizzas, various toppings What I received: -1 order SMALL motz. sticks (only 6 pieces)...when I paid for a large... -...with a side of ranch and not marinara...ummmm who dips motz. sticks in ranch? LOL -2 large dinner salads with TWO sides of ONLY ranch dressing (no other dressings and not even the right number of dressings) I also thought it was weird that they put pineapple on the Thai Peanut Pizza...that doesn't really seem to go, but when I looked back at the menu, it WAS on there, so that was my fault, not their fault. Based off this experience, I wouldn't order from Stadium again, there's better pizza in Temecula, I've had it (I go there a lot). Pizza is okay. Not the best but not the worst. Nothing special about it. Typical toppings and preparation. Fountain drinks and beers served. No patio. No separate party rooms. But they do give discounts for youth sporting teams. The kids have to come in their uniform though. It's cute to see them support youth leagues. But it definitely gets loud since there's no separation. Parking is enough. Probably the largest clientele attractor in the plaza. read more

omg.... I wish I could rate beyond the 5. We just ordered from Stadium (first time), and we were a little leery. It's Saturday night, every pizza place is super busy, and we were hungry and wanted to eat sometime this year. We decided to call Stadium Pizza. Ohhhhh I'm so damn glad we did. What?! Their pizza. I'm not sure how to describe... They have chunks--CHUNKS of ground beef (which I love) on their pizza. Chunks of Italian sausage, and the pepperoni with that delicious oil which permeates the pizza and crust. **THEN** They have riblets. A pizza place serving riblets that could rival any bbq joint. Why haven't we been here before?!! The customer service was wonderful. Everyone was friendly. The delivery guy, David G, was awesome. We will be back. There is no reason why we wouldn't come back. While the pizza was, indeed, tasty, we were not informed of their Two-for-Tuesday special when placing a phone order (which, come to find out, is available only for pick-up and dine-in). Not knowing about a house special, we had the pizza delivered to our restaurant location two miles away, since -- all things being equal and being in the same industry -- we figured we'd help earn the driver a little tip money. We could have (and would have) sent someone to pick up the pizza for a two-pizza pick-up deal! Just after the pizza was delivered, we learned of the deal and called back to find out whether or not we could redeem this offer and send someone to pick up the pizza. The manager informed me that their restaurant does not let its phone customers know about its deals and that we could not redeem the offer. I let the manager know that we could have (and would have) easily sent an employee two miles to pick up the pizzas, had we known, and that to not inform their customers of their offers was a disservice, while not making an exception for this failing on their part in the area of customer service -- especially for another restaurant -- was disappointing, to say the very least. This is something that should be addressed by the chain, because I'm sure if it's happened to us then plenty of other customers have left money -- or pizza -- on the table with Stadium. When it comes to restaurant work -- and I've been doing it over 20 years -- NOTHING can compensate for poor customer service and customer relations, especially when one has asked you to make amends for poor communication. read more

I've been going to both stadium pizza locations in Temecula since early 90s and love this place. It's been a staple in my childhood and now with my own family. Unfortunately like most restaurants these days children have been running the show, however, not showing a professionalism. I went to the RedHawk location on 5/11 and ordered a couple of drinks and opened a tab and also asked for the Angels game to be turned on. The restaurant was dead considering it was only 4pm. When I asked the cashier, named Angel, If I can get the game on she said "yes, but I have something else to do first." She was cleaning broken glass but that wasn't the way to respond to a customer. After waiting for ten minutes I asked another person to change the TV as well. Another ten minutes go by and both Angel and the other employee are chatting and standing there doing nothing leaning against the counters in the kitchen. So approach Angel again and ask her kindly if she can put the game on and she said " Oh yeah....the game", sarcastically. They asked what channel it was and I told them and Angel ignored me and went to a different channel and simply said "We don't get it" and I told her it was on a different channel AGAIN and she said rudely that she doesn't have that cable and wanted me to tell her the EXACT channel number because i was too much of a burden to search through the channels. I told her I would find it myself since I was burdening them but she found it and walked away as I said "thank you" and she ignored me. After that she delivered our pizza and threw it on the table aggressively and I still thanked her and she turned quickly and walked away without asking if we needed anything or even acknowledging that I said thank you to her. Soon after the owner Eric came in and Angel was all smiles all of the sudden. What a facade. She never smiled at one guest but now the owner comes in and she's a different person. If you want great food, friendly staff and good service don't go to this location. Go to Jefferson or wildomar locations for a quality experience. read more

The girl at the register was very rude and they say they can only take cash and then they tried to charge me extra for something that the menu states is included and when I tried to speak with the rude manager he threw a dollar at me and proceeded to walk away and act like I was trying to get something for free when I was only trying to state the fact of what the menu said. read more

Horrible customer service. The manager does not care and if the owner hired this "kid" who has a terrible attitude than that pretty much says it all. We ordered a large pizza, was quoted an hour wait and the pizza didn't show up for 1 hour 45 mins and it was the wrong pizza...called and the guy didn't apologize and got pretty defensive. After they set it down and looked at our table- they realized they had done something wrong and immediately just walked away. Didn't tell us that that was our food and they made a mistake and that it would take 20 MORE MINUTES until we ate. To be clear, I am not some a-hole who can't wait for pizza. Big deal- mistakes happen. My kids though... they're the a-holes. We also had my sister-in-law's kids with us so that would be 5 children under the age of 6, waiting in a restaurant for pizza. So if you decide to come to this place and look above the register at the "specials" that Stadium pizza has to offer, you will see that one of the offers is a medium pizza with unlimited toppings for $13.99.. but when you order that special, the staff says that the offer is actually $16.99... so I ask why is it up there stating $13.99? I was told, it was always $16.99 and we just haven't taken it down... in years!! Apparently, a ladder is a hard find in Temecula..:/ A good manager would of honored what they advertise. I love the pizza but the service sucks! this is for the Temecula Red Hawk location, I call order a pizza, order taker asked for my name 3 times because she could not hear me over the noisy crowd , be ready in 25 minutes, get there to a mad house of kids screaming, running around, very crowded , and loud, arrived 25 minutes later, pay my $21 , pizza not ready, get my number , sit down and wait 15-20 min, finally go to the counter and worker say's sorry they forgot to make yours, wait another 20 min, go back to the counter and tell them maybe you should give me a refund, I need to go, they finally bring my pizza, this took a hour of my time, pretty crazy! last time I put a to go order they tell their to busy and not taking any orders and hung up on me? every time I go its a Hassel to get anything to go. I did talk to the manager once about the wait time and service and he basically said to bad that's the way it is . pretty rude. Now the food is great but they must be under staffed and need better training, I went at 7:30PM on a Tuesday, I guess you need to order around 3PM, they just can't handle buys times, their other Temecula location on Jefferson seems to have better faster service. I find it extremely hard to find good pizza but Stadium pizza is probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I went to pick some up for work and I ended up eating half the pizza before it made it to its destination, I literally had to order them more pizza because I didn't want to arrive with half a pizza missing! It was fresh, piping hot, cheesy, cooked perfectly, perfect amount of toppings, simply heavenly! I got their variation of meat lovers and I cannot wait to go back! My family loves Stadium Pizza Redhawk. We've been going there almost weekly since we moved to Temecula 12 years ago. Between Monday Night Football, kids sports, and adult softball, we spend quite a bit of time there. IMO the pizza is the best in town (and we've tried them all). The atmosphere is fun and it's a good place to take kids who might not like to sit in a booth for the entire meal. The game room is OK, but my kids like it which is all that matters. Eric does great things for the community and is always giving back through Christmas toy drives, sponsoring local kids/adults teams, donating food to schools, etc. If you haven't been, I highly recommend you try it! read more

So very disappointed in the service. We have been faithful customers of Stadium for over 16 years. We love the food and the delivery. Until recently when we called in we were told we were out of the delivery area ( AFTER 16 YEARS!!) We went in the store and spoke to a manager. We told him we would gladly pay an extra delivery fee or whatever it took to continue to receive delivery. He assured us if I called in and asked for the people on the list he gave me we were good to go. Needless to say upon my first call in we were again turned down. Okay so I placed an order today, at 6:30 Father's Day. I understand they may have been busy when they let me know the delivery would take 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 minutes. But, after an hour and 35 minutes the girl who answered didn't say anything to acknowledge my inquiry on if it was out for delivery. All I heard was her asking someone in the background of my order was on the list and yay other person said no. She then came back and said oh it about to come out of the oven. No apologies or anything. So I hang up and was going to wait. But then I decided to go with another pizza place that would bring me a pie in 30 minutes. I then called back to cancel, Samantha, who answered said that it was just about to come out of the oven, again. So I told her I was canceling and said she was going to talk to that manager. She comes back and says the manager said we can still deliver it without offering any discount or apology. I said no I'll cancel and said I ordered from somewhere else. She then said can you hold I have to see if I can cancel. I just said I was canceling, not sure I was out on hold twice and offered no discount. Needless to say I hung up whole on hold. I've ordered from here probably about ten times. But I don't think I will be ordering again. read more

We've enjoyed Stadium in the past; however on Saturday we were surprised by the poor service. The young lady at the register was not smiling and irritated from the start. She seemed bothered by our questions and rudely told us that the specials on the board were available only on weekdays. She then very hurriedly moved us to the side to look at another menu and again seemed irritated with questions about the menu. She seemed rushed as well but there was only one person behind us. She seemed focused on getting the other person's order to her as quickly as possible. Perhaps she was having a bad day or wasn't getting enough help but we felt like a bother to her.
