When you…read morework, have young family and want to stay athletic through your 40's it is doubly hard to find a work-out that is taxing, aligned to your goals, and compact in nature. I've been doing work-outs with Isaac for the last 2 months and I love it; once a week with a group class with similar aged men and once a week in a private class. Isaac has a great facility and he is an excellent trainer who puts a lot of thought and effort into the workouts he plans for us. I now feel stronger and more confident about my summer rugby tournaments and forthcoming triathlon. Try this place out. You won't regret it.

Issac designed two different routines for me based on the results of the diagnostics that he did with me at the beginning. Now I am coming in to work on those routines three times a week. There are four trainers at the gym. Even if you are working out on your own, they are always looking at you to see if you need help or feedback. All the trainers are fabulous and each of them knows your assigned routine as they have two meetings a week to review each client's progress amoung themselves. If I were looking to focus on losing weight, they are running classes in the evening to help with that. If you are able and willing to spend more money you will be working with a trainer individually which cannot be beat. If you are paying $150, you get a monthly training session with a trainer to review progress and adjust your routine. The place is small, not crowded. There aren't many machines as you use your own body weight a lot. In summary, fabulous place, go go go here, you will not regret it and it is a great investment in yourself and your health.

However, in November 2024 we had a bizarre experience. My husband was having a civilized conversation with a fellow member the day after the presidential election when suddenly the director of the fitness center broke in uninvited and launched into an unprovoked verbal attack based on false assumptions about his political views. After staying away for a year and a half, we recently considered rejoining because of a health need for specific classes that are not available elsewhwere. However, the management refused to speak to their employee about his bullying behavior or to mediate in any way. I would not recommend this club to anyone who expects to feel safe and respected.
