Aside from the fitness center construction that went longer than expected, I have nothing else but great things to say about Stadium. The move in process was smooth and so was the moving out process. I enjoyed living so close to Autzen and not having to deal with parking or transportation to and from the games. Maintenance responded quickly when a repair was requested. I lived in a two bedroom so only dealt with one roommate who turned out to be great. I didn't really hear much partying going on in my building. This only occasionally happened on the weekends. If I had to move to Eugene again, I'd choose Stadium Park. The deal of having a place furnished and all utilities included can't be beat, especially when coming from another state. Horrifying roommate matching. I lived in Stadium Park for several years because of its price in the Eugene/Springfield housing market. Stadium Park has always had the best rate for its price, but that's where the positives end. Stadium Park seems to purposefully dump the worst roommates on you possible to get them out of the way. I've had to switch units 4 times and the last roommate was a stalker and ex-convict. The management hardly did a thing even when one roommate threatened me with a gun and had to call police (the police came but didn't even search the guy). The cleanliness is also pretty bad, but you get what you pay for and you can get maintenance to show up pretty darn quick. If management hasn't had an ongoing record of matching me with total creeps I'd review this place higher for the affordability and location, but the people you end up with is a 1 to 5 ratio of nightmare roommates. When I moved out me and my gf spent 2 days deep cleaning the apartment and they still charged me over 160 dollars. When I asked for proof they sent me pictures of my spotless apartment with red hand drawn circles on the pictures of literally nothing. The only reason I'm here is because I can't afford to leave and I can't afford to leave because they will charge you for absolutely everything they can even if it means breaking the laws to do it. If youre young, struggling in this economy with pets, coming here means throwing your tenant rights away. Roomate preferences will be ignored and I've been falsey accused and charged for several things. Experienced harassment and abuse from many roomates and paid for it out of pocket many times. Been blamed for past tenants damaged and charged for damage for it to never be inspected or repaired, I've been told I'm banned from the office a few times for absolutely no reason but because they didn't want to do their jobs or be kind and I've had my records rental history wiped before so they tried to charge me for having an illegal pet (a pet I came with and had an ESA letter for) and they come in all the time without a 24 hour notice and it seriously has been traumatizing to be somewhere when it's the only place I can afford and I've been abused so much that my rent is no longer affordable, and I still can't afford to leave . I wouldn't recommend this place at all you'd be better off getting a one bedroom or studio or literally living anywhere else they also didn't have WiFi for the first year or so I was living here and they also don't have ac which matters during the summer when it's so hot you can't breathe in your own apartment and when they close the pool "until further notice" during a heat wave and then your uncle goes to fix it AND IT WAS JUST THE FILTER . The worst place I have lived and the worst place I have spent time in, including every other apartment/housing my friends have lived in. Don't bother taking photos when you move in, they will dictate what they would like to charge you when you move out. They will sooner ruin your credit than actually answer questions on it. They will ignore direct requests. Do not trust the one they show off to you when you tour. They will assign you an apartment that has faulty electric, floods, and has doors that do not actually close and/or lock. The will not follow up on maintenance requests; if it's broken, 10% they will fix it and 90% they will charge you to fix it. If you have a complaint, they will tell you to figure it out yourself. It is not in fact the most affordable student housing. Update Post Owner Comment: It's a gmail username, and I was absolutely not ragging on the maintenance crew, they were fantastic. I lived here for 4 years because when I moved to Eugene for my undergrad, it was the most affordable place that allowed pets and it was fully furnished, which worked perfectly for me at the time. As time went by, my experiences got worse and to the point that when I moved out, I was glad to leave. There were receptionists who were incredibly rude towards me and I even had one of them let her dog lunge at my service animal merely because she (my cat who is my service animal) was sitting in the grass right off my porch. The rent kept going up to almost $800 a month for a two bedroom apartment, which considering the location and quality of apartments, is absolutely ridiculous. The furniture and appliances are cheap and old and never worked half the time. Also, there were always heating and electricity overcharges despite not using them (this occurred several times). Maintenance is slow and despite asking for months to fix the dishwasher and other furniture, work orders would disappear and eventually I would end up having to go to the office to complain and ask to put in another work order. My sink flooded due to a clogged pipe and maintenance never showed up to fix it so I had to do it on my own and when the garbage disposal broke, it took them a week to fix it. When the pandemic hit, they refused to lower rent to help those of us who lost out jobs and charged us for amenities that we couldn't even use. I had too many instances where my safety was in danger, from people trying to open my doors while drunk, to seeing drug deals in the parking lot, and having shootings occur at the bar across the street. They claim to have security, but I never see them at night and half the time I did see them, they would be in the office watching TV instead of doing their job. Not to mention, when I moved out, literally yesterday, I was charged $250 for cleaning fees despite spending three days deep cleaning the whole apartment. I lost my whole security deposit and had to pay them an extra $50 on top of that, all because the roommate I was assigned still had stuff everywhere. I don't think I could ever recommend anyone to live at Stadium Park unless they want to get ripped off and waste their time dealing with poor service. Management doesn't care at all I was told that it was my fault my car got broken into by a homeless person and I shouldn't have parked it in their parking lot lol. Their "high speed internet" averages 303 ping, 3.12 download and a whopping 0.01 upload! Not to mention cops are always here due to the violence. I would not recommend anyone to live here. I've lived here for 3 years and it's been nothing but problems for me. I don't even know where to start. First year of living here, I had the worst 3 roommates ever. All older then me and very rude to me. I didnt feel comfortable sitting in my own living room. Did not feel like home. I paid about $1,000 to move in, come to find out the whole apartment was gross and run down and my carpet wasnt even changed like it was supposed to be so I've been living on old gross carpet with stains on it. You can put in a maintenance order in but dont expect them to come until weeks after you put it in. My dishwasher and washer and dryer all broke down and took them FOREVER to actually come to replace them. And when I first moved in my bedroom window was leaking from the ceiling, so all my mail got ruined. It took them 3 weeks to come to just look at it. Don't even bother ordering anything online that wont fit in your mailbox because it's a pain trying to get my packages. The weekend office people, will just scan over the package room and wont actually look for your package, I usually wait until Paula, one of the office staff, is there during the week to get my packages because she would actually let me look for it myself. She is the only office staff that I really like. They will also raise your rent without even telling you, even though rent is already WAY over priced considering this place is crappy. There also has been too many break ins and shootings here. I don't feel safe here at night. ALWAYS keep your doors locked. Security here is terrible. They wont even let you have a window AC because apparently it "ruins the window seal and makes the complex look ugly" so they would rather you melt to death in the summer. Don't expect to find a parking space after 9pm cause its always full. They also rent out the parking on game days and special events happening a Autzen, so the ACTUAL residents that pay alot of money to live there won't be able to get to thier apartment, which is messed up. The maintenance team and other workers there are very careless with your stuff, I was storing a box of glasses out on the patio for the day and then I was gonna move them, but the painters there broke all of them when they were moving the stuff to paint. They are very strict about not having anything on the patio cause it's "not appealing" to the complex. That's a load of crap I'll say. Also, my boyfriend and his puppy is with me at my apartment alot cause were obviously dating and his puppy is with him all the times and I watch his puppy when he's at work, and the office threatened to kick me out cause he's "living" there illegally and there is an "illegal" dog living there too. They told me I need to pay $500 for a pet deposit when the dog doesn't even live there. The network provider they use is really crappy and very confusing to use. I tried to get Xfinity but they don't accept them for some odd reason. When you have new roommates move in or when you move out, they expect the place to be spotless like no one lives there or else you get fined. But when I moved in, the place was trashed and they didn't do a dang thing about it. They will charge you an outrageous carpet cleaning fee when you move out, even if you clean it yourself or they don't bother to change it when you move in. They will charge you for EVERYTHING: bags of trash that they move without you even wanting them to do it, forgetting to bring bags to pick up your dogs poop even though I went back to pick it up, stuff on your patio that apparently doesn't belong there, ect. I don't even know how to begin to describe my frustration with this apartment complex. I put a maintence request in to have my fridge looked at because it's not working properly. Anyway, this is not only the second time I've had to now do this and it's still as of this morning not keeping things at a proper temperature. Yesterday, about 4pm my boyfriend and I had gotten back to my apartment after running errands and getting a few things done that we needed to in preparation for our son. When we arrived maintence was still in my house, which is fine and I've been there before when they have gotten around to finally half-assedly completing requests. But when I had gotten home it, it seemed like he had been there about an hour if not longer, because almost all of my freezer stuff had spoiled and sitting out on my counter. As he "worked" on the freezer, which wasn't the problem with the fridge. We waited another 30 minutes for him to leave. He didn't clean up, in fact he left the fridge still out from against the wall. If it was just myself there I wouldn't have been able to push it back into place. My boyfriend and I cleaned up my kitchen, and then took a nap. We got up from our nap around 7pm. We were not planning on leaving the house again until the next morning. We had no reason to. My neighbor called me after we woke up from a nap asking to borrow something and I walked over to give it to them, at my amazement and honest shock the maintence guy had left the key to my apartment in the front door. Which meant the 2 hour nap we took the front door was locked for no reason. And if my neighbor hadn't asked to borrow something we wouldn't have noticed until morning, so the door wouldn't have been easy to access for anyone to break in to my house at any point in the night. This neighborhood has been known for break ins. Most of the time I am actually at this apartment by myself, since I currently do not have a roommate. On top of that, I am 7 months pregnant, and if I had been by myself there's no way I would have been able to defend myself. And that person would have gotten in with a key. Do not move into stadium park apartments if you want to live safely. Do not move your children into stadium park if you want them safe. It's been nearly 24 hours since they were in my house with the key, and no ones even contacted me to ask if the key got left. read more

I lived in multiple communities in Eugene and this place without a doubt is the absolute best choice. Not only is it incredibly reasonably priced, but the people who work in the leasing office genuinely care about you. This is very rare to find. I felt very unsafe when I lived in downtown Eugene and it was a night and day different experience living in Stadium Park. From the first day I moved in - Paula a lady who works there welcomed me with a huge smile and even went out of her way to help me move my things to my apartment. This is what you call staff being genuinely kind. In a world of fake and deception, stadium park is the opposite. They hire people who care - from Paula and the rest of leasing office, to the tech man (who literally stayed on the phone with me while I was in Target trying to figure out which router to buy) and then came and helped me set up, to the maintenance workers who always came with a smile it was just all around positive energy. The neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL. I had a one bedroom that was spacious and quiet (so important in a college town!) I am very ruthless and critical when it comes to reviews and I just want anyone who is considering moving to Stadium Park to take the chance - i am so glad I did it truly was a sanctuary living in that community. This is the most unsafe and uncaring place I have ever lived at, with this being student living you would think that the staff would be a little bit more accommodating to the safety of young adults. Stadium will have maintenance come in without 24 hours given notice, you can complain all you want and they will just say "maintenance doesn't have time to give notice". This place had me in an apartment with abusive people who had questionable people in and out of the apartment doing drugs every single day, also a cat who urinated on almost all of my belongings leaving me with cat pee smells or just getting rid of everything i own. This cat was not registered to the apartment, I also brought that to their attention and because the cat was in a different apartment by the time stadium did anything, nothing was done and the cat returned shortly after due to other drug addicts IN THIS COMPLEX being evicted. I tried my best to be a good roommate and not make the others uncomfortable by our differences since that was what I was stuck with, but sadly My dog and I were confined to our room for about 5 months for safety and comfortability reasons (with the exception of taking him to go to the bathroom and trying to be anywhere but our "home") until I finally bit the bullet, and moved out. I won't lie, I tried to get past things and be friendly but I never could feel 100% comfortable in my own home. I have never once had to threaten a place with my attorney, but this place is a new low. I complained about said roommates before they even moved in knowing exactly what they were like, and stadium gave me the only option of transferring to another apartment, which would be 800+ dollars, mind you I was there first. The office staff also told my roommates about my complaint, asked them where to find said drugs, causing me to feel even more unsafe and uncomfortable. I have seen them charge just about every resident that I know a minimum 500 dollars on their way out due to "damages." This place will rob you and drain your mental health. If you are a female student, you should not rent here. My daughter is a UO student living in these apartments. There have been issues with missing furniture, no internet access, and lost work orders. My daughter and her roommates, who are adults, have attempted to deal directly with the front office on each of these issues. They have been ignored. However, when my husband calls and identifies himself as a parent and an attorney, issues such as lack of furniture are resolved as the lease requires both furniture and internet service. The fact that young, adult women who are tenants are repeatedly ignored, but male parents who say the exact same thing earn a response is completely unacceptable. While Stadium Apartments expects the tenants to follow the lease, they do not feel that they must also abide by the contractual obligations of the lease. The only positive is that its initially cheap. They try to get as many fees in as possible in beginning of your lease and at the end of it. No airflow or AC in the apartments so its hot till about 2am every night in the summer with the windows open. Other than one person that works there, I've had an awful experience with everyone else. The maintenance people are lazy and took half a day hanging out in my apartment to fix one light fixture. They brought in more people and were talking it up and messing around with our cat for most of the day. Lots of homeless people lurking and there has been 3 shootings in the apartments while I've been here. I was expecting an amazon package sent from my mom that apparently got delivered last Saturday. Stadium park was definitely an eye opener for me living on my own for the first time. It has taught me to not stay at the cheapest place in the city even if it has some benefits. This year alone my car and my roommates cars/rooms have been broke into a collective 5 times. We've reported the first 3 and was told that we had renters insurance in case of things like this to happen. We tried to file claims for them all and stadium parks renters insurance company was super lousy and would dodge mine and my roommates emails leaving us with nothing for our stolen goods even though we pay extra for renters insurance. That's only the start, not only have we noticed a broken front door cracked window frames(making it impossible to seal the windows shut) no toilet paper holder a broken washer that's been making my dry loads take 5 hours but our water heaters pipes even bursted and left us without water for a day. when I have all these problems everytime I call them they either don't pick up or say "we'll put a work order in" that doesn't get dealt with for months on end. If you aren't a student, don't bother. I'm a recent graduate that was looking for a place to move to when I transferred my job to Veneta. This place looked amazing, almost too good to be true. I visited the property, took a tour, and thought it would be a sure thing. The problem is they keep changing the qualifications. I'm not a student, so I'm not allowed a cosigner and I would have to pay on my own (that's fine, I can afford it). I wanted to start in January, but I would have to have the amount that is rent x amount of months left in lease x 5. Why 5? I don't know, the paperwork says X3. Some ads said utilities were all included, while others said there is a utilities package but no price. I do in expecting to need maybe $5,000-8,000 in my bank to qualify. No. I have to have $ 25,000 in my account to qualify to pay for a single room in a 4 bedroom apartment that costs more than advertised. They say they allow non-students, but they make it absurdly difficult to qualify. Not to mention the bad reviews for this place. I'm glad they deterred me from signing with them. read more

The fact that every yelp review here is 1 star really shows you that this is a terrible apartment complex. Here in 2018 there are way better options than Stadium Park. I have lived here for 3 years, and it has been 3 years of problems. First year, my car was hit and ran causing over $2,000 worth of damage. Since they have terrible security (literally an out of shape guy walking around the parking lot on his phone), and no security cameras, the guy was never caught. Furthermore, my 4 bedroom was disgusting and worn out. Second year, I moved into a 2 bedroom with my roommate. Place was ok, but a bit worn out. We constantly heard fights breaking out, and partying. ALARMING amount of cop cars being called in. Third year, "Quiet Area" place where I was living furthest away from the pool area; became not so quiet. Very shady adults would party, argue, and fight,. I even had to call the cops because they were screaming "IM GOING TO KILL YOU". Third year, upstair roommates were loud, violent, and very rude. They would throw beer bottles down to the first floor, as well as cigarettes. When I confronted them, they would curse at me, or make even more noise intentionally.(Note, loudness would be going on as late as 3 am.) I told stadium park and they did nothing about it (except warn them multiple times). It got so bad that we had to move to another apartment because we felt UNSAFE. The sad thing is, that Stadium Park actually made us pay for the transfer. We moved into a nice 2 bedroom apartment, but the dishwasher didn't work, and they were never able to fix it. This place has been great my first year at Lane CC, the apartment rates are cheap, the apartments are fully furnished, making it a quick and easy transition to a home away from home. If you can find any other apartment to sign a lease please do so. Stadium park is not a good place to stay. The few pros that i have include their amenities, the pool and 24 hour gym is nice, and the apartment complex is kept in good condition but that seems about it. The apartments themselves are not in good condition. There was mold growing in our bathroom when we moved in. The kitchen is open but will give you absolutely no space to prepare food if you cook. There is very little cabinet space when you take in account the 3 other roommates that you will have. Our upstairs neighbors partied all night with load music, yelling, and the sound of beer bottles shattering on the ground. I sent emails complaining about the noise and they responded the first two times but it still persisted leaving drunks right outside my bedroom window. My car got broken into while i was here as well. The neighborhood is very shady and has common theft. Since i have covered all the little stuff let us talk about the real reason stadium park should be avoided: the management. I have talked to everybody in the managing office so far and finding a resolution is hard. I first had to talk to management when one of my roommates moved out and a new one moved in. We cleaned the common area when they instructed us to but the roommate didn't move in till 4 days after. without any notice they came in and cleaned us and charged us anyway! we had finals, on top of just living in the space which was not dirty and didn't look much different after they left. When we decided to talk to john about didn't want to hear what we had to say and YELLED at us. A middle aged man lost his temper at 3 college students because he wrongly charged us for the cleaning. Theft is the main issue I wish to convey. There are many homeless people lurking around the parking lot, going through the dumpsters, looking for cigarette butts or whatever. I got 2 bikes stolen over the course of the one year I lived there, each one I put at a different location, both of which were locked, one of which had 2 locks (one combination one key). My truck got broken into by someone to steal a broken ipad and about 7 dollars I had in my console. The office was not too credible, the girls working there were sweet, but there were many problems with simple operations. For instance I filled out over 10 work order forms to get a light bulb for my room and about a month later I got one. This is typical for them. Also don't waste any time with the room mate matching thing they do, it's complete fabrication, they do not care about your wants they will stick you wherever there is an available room. The management at Stadium Park are either bungling and incompetent, or callous and capricious. The "non refundable fee" of 100$ or whatever it is now, I am pretty sure is illegal. I've never heard of anyone doing that before, if it's not illegal, its complete BS. Also you won't get your deposit back, I spent 2 days cleaning the place better than I've cleaned anything in my entire life only for the maintenance guy to show up (about an hour late) not even look at the place and say "yeah we'll charge you for this this this this, it's standard." Here, have an in-depth review of how some things play out around here. It'll be difficult to keep it neutral, as I have a strong bias of support for this place because I have lived here for a number of years. I'll do my best to cover everything. Apartments- 5/5. When I moved in a few years ago the apartment was pretty messy, but I didn't whine about it and cleaned it up myself. Took me a whole hour of my day to make the apartment look brand new. I am living in a four bedroom apartment with three room mates who will likely turn out to be lifelong friends. As far as first impressions go, of course they are unimpressive and a little messy at first, but dealing with that yourself, especially if it's just some dust which is most often the case, is college student life. Make the apartment your own, all it takes is a little effort. My only gripe is that my apartment overlooks the substation, but it's not the end of the world. Cost- 4.5/5 Stadium Park is affordable. Because I live in the four bedroom apartment, I only have to pay around 500 a month. The rent deadlines are almost too fair. A four day grace period is given to those to pay their rent by the first of the month, but after the forth day there is a fee. I have at times struggled to pay rent, and the finance lady in the office has been very helpful and understanding of my situation. All of their rules follow Oregon's landlord and tenant policies. Management and maintenance- 5/5 Very professional and very 'oregon'ized (organized). I have never had an instance where the office ladies can't answer a question or help me out. The front office ladies actually occasionally help me with my own office work. The front office has an office for student use, and the staff can print fax and scan documents among many other services. If something is wrong with your apartment, you need to advocate for yourself or your room mates. Go to the front office and they will put a work order in, and then depending on the urgency the maintenance crew will be there within an hour to a couple days. Tenants are given many days notice if there will be a major work going on. For example, if pipes are being worked on nearby and water will be shut off, the maintenance crew and management will tack a notice to the front of your door stating when you won't have access to water and when it will turn back on. When my bike was stolen about year ago from stadium park property, which I take full responsibility for because I forgot to lock it up, the management and staff showed their support for me by giving me a couple month long bus pass tickets. Not saying you should go get your bike stolen, always lock your bike, I am just saying that they look out for their people. Property as a whole- 5/5 The maintenance crew works hard to make sure the property is spotless, and they do a good job. The grass is green, the paint is fresh, and the property is also as little as ten seconds away from the bus stop. If you're unlucky and live on the far end of the property it'll just take anther minute to get to the bus stop. Any garbage that might be laying on the ground from the residents throwing parties at night is almost immediately picked up the next day before you can notice. The location is also down the street from a Wal-mart neighborhood market and a Safeway, and there is a friendly gastropub and convenience store across the street. Property has bike racks. 'Amenities'- 5/5 Stadium park has a clubhouse, a tennis court/basketball court, a communal pool and fitness room with a number of different machines. It's connected to the front office which is in the middle of the property, no more than a two minute walk from any apartment. You no longer have an excuse to be lazy. High speed internet is included in the rent (along with electricity and water and everything else), and run by a third party company called Airwaves. If you can't get your internet working, the Airwaves tech support guys know their stuff. Other- 5/5 Here is a anecdote of something that happened recently. The tenant living in the apartment directly above mine, and living in the apartment directly above mine, their sprinkler system went off because they were messing around with incense. Since I am on the second floor of a three story building, their floor is my roof. The staff and maintenance responded faster than the fire department and they began fixing the leak and soaked floorboards problem the night that it happened, of course this was after they helped me clear my room out to prevent damage to my personal property. The whole disaster was resolved in two weeks, and not only did they fix the problem, they improved my living space with new flooring. My only regret is that they had to see what kind of posters were on the wall in my room. To sum it all up- 5/5 This is Stadium Park Apartments. Student housing. The average of all the scores above is 4.92/5 but since I believe in whole numbers I'll just round it up to 5/5. read more

It's a good and okay place to live. However, some employees that live on site and have access to equipment like their golf carts miss use it. I literally almost got hit with them flying 20-30 miles down not really lit parking lot and racing around is unacceptable. And then when I get in my car asking them it's appropriate use they got mouthy with me and said what is he going to do and laugh. On top of that they said they were working. But wait, Sunday at 1:30 am working, last time I checked there is no on calls here that can assist you, so they weren't working and mocked me and almost ran me over. So not a really appropriate. And they claim that I am not going to do anything, tho office will be hearing about two employees that use golf carts to race girls around the property at night, with no lights in the dark, and then make fun of a person that lives here! I think the city of Eugene Housing will not be pleased to hear about this. read more

I've lived here for 6 months. Reading through the reviews.. I'm quite surprised. The office staff is attentive, maintenance is prompt.. noise is relatively low.. and the students are very respectful of each other. It's great having The O Bar so close, and there's a convenience store all in walking distance. True they do have a matching roommate program.. but it's been fun getting to know them.. making a new friend. I've already renewed my lease. You can't beat the rent.. there's even a tanning bed, Free refreshments in the office.. fitness room, pool.. sand volleyball. There's free pizza and tacos usually Fridays and Mondays.. cable and elect are bundled and there's free internet. **wash and dryer in every apt. Even pet friendly! I often see security on the premises.. usually after dark, and the maintenance people are always out and about. Stadium apts gets 5 stars.. read more

Don't even think about wasting your money. My boyfriend lived here & let me just say.... if I could give a negative rating I would. First, they tour you around a brand new renovated apartment without telling you that you will be put into a disgusting old amenity DISASTER. The dishwasher, washer & dryer barley even did the job. It was messy and disgusting from previous person living in it before he even moved in. (They charge for cleaning but don't clean shit) *money thief's* There are constantly parties being thrown on weekends and occasionally week days so be prepared for loud noises. (And no parking) Front office ladies are rude and not professional AT ALL. However, they are dog friendly and have great outdoor areas for pups. But make sure to never let them off a leash because they will rack those fines up whenever the opportunity arises. Lastly, DO NOT CLEAN FOR MOVE OUT. I repeat do not clean!!!! It doesn't matter if you pay a house maid to come in and do the job for you, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A DRASTIC AMOUNT OF MONEY. (They take advantage of college students heavily) My boyfriend left his place looking spotless after I had even helped him clean for 2 days plus to guarantee it was even more spotless than when he arrived. He had a 1200 dollar expense to his name after move out. Mind you rent isn't even that much. They are ridiculous and this place is horrible, just don't do it. read more

Staff is nice but roommate matching is terrible. You'll get nickel and dimed all along the way. I've had roommates rambling incoherent thoughts loud enough it went through the walls. Alcoholic roommates who are so in denial they judge weed like the devil. Racist roommates and I don't mean racist white people. The rent is cheap but when you have to wait over a month and pay a few hundred dollars to find new roommates here it's ridiculous. Why can't we meet them ahead of time? I would never have voluntarily picked over 75% of the people that went in and out of the 4 bedroom. Stadium Park is very segregated as much as the staff tries to engage everyone. No coed or multi gender floors. Buildings are guys or girls and maybe split between floors. The amenities are nice. 24 hour gym. Fancy lounge area rarely busy. Free printing and coffee. Sometimes snacks and weekly food events. Like I said the staff has always been great... I'm just tired of not finding more normal people here. As a student I couldn't imagine studying here all 4 years! Even if you're gone all day you may come back to a chaotic household and rarely get a consistent nights rest. I'm off looking elsewhere. I've come to the conclusion that the value in living here is offset by the type of people it attracts. read more

Stadium park had my previous review deleted, so I'm leaving another review to warn potential renters. Stadium park does not care for their tenants. I consistently dealt with deviant roommates who trashed the apartment and stole my personal possessions. Stadium park ignored my requests for help and tried to make it my responsibility to get my roommates to abide by the terms of their lease. So the apartment was in a perpetual state of filth to the point where maggots were infecting the trash and garbage was piled up on the floor. I can not recommend anyone rent from stadium park due to this experience. Not only did they place me with horrible roommates, but they failed to assist me when I needed their help. read more

Worst apartments ever don't live here if you value your things or your life they will place you with random terrible roomates and then look through your stuff and profile you and kick you out with 24 hours notice because you have a bad Roomate that they paired you with gets introuble. Not to mention the constant theft and drug use in the neighborhood it's like living in the projects, after all this they stole my money using bull crap claims, will be taking them to court, worst management and stuff staff ever do not rent here!!!!!! read more
