Such a cute little bookstore/coffee bar! This was my first visit, and I really enjoyed looking at all the books and bookish items. They had a pretty good selection of different genres, and the space is really cozy and inviting! They have an outdoor patio and plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy a coffee, wine, or small bites! I'm looking forward to coming back and visiting them after they open their downtown location!

Great staff, very helpful! First time ordering can be a lot! They are aware and offer the menus so you can sit down and decide. They have a huge book selection, lots of cute artsy items. The latte I had was amazing! Very good flavor, and some espresso can be a bit bitter, theirs is not. Prices for drinks is good. I'll definitely be back! Can sit and read while sipping a glass of wine, or book shop while drinking an iced latte. Your choice! Love an actual book store! Try it and see for yourself

Really cute book store with coffee counter! Loved browsing while we were in town. It looks like they have a lot of great events. There was a nice spot to enjoy your coffee and a book, and some outdoor seating too.

So glad I finally got to try Stacks! It's a bit of a trek for me, but my friend and I made it out for a book bedazzling event. The first thing I like are the hours - I'm an all day coffee drinker and it can be really hard to find coffee spots open later than 3pm. I'm also a reader and Stacks had a surprisingly large selection with some beautiful editions and author signed copies! They also had adorable stickers, hats, tarot, bookmarks, etc. My iced coffee was tasty! Looking forward to trying a signature drink next time. The vibes were great for the book bedazzling event, although I have to admit that I found the act of altering a book a little weird in the end. But overall, great time!

I don't live near the area but I try to visit when I have spare time. It's such a great spot to meet a friend or read a book, and if you need a book they have a good selection of genres and even a kids section. Lots of seating through out and I loved browsing the gift area. I almost always order a chai here whether hot or iced it has such good flavor, I love a "spicier" chai and this time I tried the seasonal chai of banana and coconut it was delicious! Worth a drive for sure!

Obsessed with this place. I'd come here everyday if I lived closer. The coffee here adds to my happy. Good energy at Stacks. A must check out place for a great book find and a lovely coffee.

Another find that had been here a while. Seems like I'm late in discovering this gem. It's a small niche book store work a full coffee/tea/matcha bar with fresh pastries and a friendly, patient staff. Very clean and worth a visit. Books of all kinds with staff recommendations on different genres of reads. They have gifts, bulk coffee and tea that I was told are addictive. There's plenty of seating inside and out and the outside is pet and kid friendly. If you find yourself ready to relax and have a cup of something hot or cold, so by and enjoy.

Is it a book store that serves coffee, or is it a coffee shop that sells books? Who knows, but you don't really need to have an answer. From coffees to matcha lattes, whatever you order here is satisfying every time. What prevents me from giving Stacks a 5 is that the customer service is always an odd experience. There is a sense of a lack of fulfillment from the staff that throws the vibes off. To avoid this, I typically take my drinks to go. There's a lot of Stacks that I have left to try, like the signature iced coffee flight, that will keep me coming back to this little spot.

We love this coffee shop book club. It's a gorgeous shop with books wall to wall. It's also a bar and they have several meet ups for the book clubs you can join. We came for a peaceful place to draw. The folks in the book club seemed to have the time of their lives laughing and chatting with sprinkles of wisdom in their conversations.

Cute bookstore with tons of great selections. Love the table with plenty of book themed gifts and lots of local makers' products, everything from candles to jewelry to stickers. We were there for @cactuscloudart 's (aka Serena Rios McRae) book launch. I appreciated the different types of seating, with options for folks with limited mobility. They also had a special drinks menu for the book launch and we tasted all the options and they were all great. One of the drinks had no carbonation when it was supposed to but as soon as we made them aware of it, they very quickly and very kindly made us another one, which tasted great. Excited to hear that their new location will be closer to me!

I love bookstores. While this is not huge like the chain bookstores, it is cozy and friendly. With many choices of books and genres, there's great coffee, pastries, and gifts. There's plenty of seating indoor and out and outlets to charge your electronics. The seating is comfortable and you can stay as long as you like.

Bookshop + Cafe = my dream come true in Oro Valley! Open for over a year now this locally owned business supports other local businesses (Bagels, Chocolate, pastries, candles, jewelry, and more) while also highlighting and hosting local authors! They host bookclubs and now have a podcast worth checking out. I love coming here after a long week- having a glass of wine or an energized drink with a classic black and white or snickerdoodle with my latest read. It's also a great place to get some writing or other work done - comfy couches and chairs but also tables inside and out under the shade. The staff are super friendly and most remember my name which makes it feel even more like the cozy little bookshop it is.

It's impossible to come into Stacks and not love it! The staff is friendly, the book clubs are fun, the drinks are yummy, and it is such a cozy place. I bring all my guests to Stacks and they fall in love with it too!

Anyways, I stopped in for a journal and found a beautiful blue leather lined journal with a fleur-de-lis on the cover. Then I stumbled across a "part-time" adult daily planner that was undated. Normally I wouldn't go for undated but this one spoke to me. The store is laid out really well and is very spacious. I appreciated the small Hanukkah display that was available. This is where things went a little sideways for me as I looked at the items on display. Two parties have a responsibility here, the buyer, Barnes & Noble, and the supplier, Paper Source. I'm so confused as to why either party believed an ornament was appropriate here. For what? We don't have anything or celebrate for which we would use an ornament. A Hanukkah bush is not a thing. The other thing that confused me was the with challah. Such weird items for Hanukkah. There isn't nor should there be an equivalent for every Christmas item to Hanukkah. They are not the same thing and there is no equivalence. Other than these weird Hanukkah items, if I were in the area again and needed to come back to BN, I would definitely stop in here. And per contract/usual, there was a decent sized Sbux cafe inside the store. One which I will never visit since I do not give my business to Sbux.

The prices haven't changed a whole lot since I was little which is nice. I love their book buying program and have existed solely on store credit for years now. Presentation: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Efficiency: 5/5 Customer Service: 5/5 Price: 5/5 As every Tucsonian knows, this is a second hand store that has a LOT to offer everyone. Whether it's a magazine, Fender Stratocaster guitar, 1980's metal cassette tapes, LP's, maybe a graphing calculator?? - puzzles, entire decades of video games and miscellaneous wires and controllers, or even a an odd book mark, THIS is the place! There are ONLY two Bookmans left in Tucson, and even through the pandemic, these places bring in the crowds. Sometimes the prices aren't much of a bargain, so check online if that's important otherwise the inventory if huge here. The customer service is always top notch, today I was looking for a coin collecting book and sure enough, they had it; and knew EXACTLY where, on what shelf it would be all from communication from the counter. The staff are all knowledgeable, you and they offer an Educator's discount of 20% if you're in that line of work and as many may not know, you can Trade in nearly anything there! And while the plethora of people are constantly working those front doors, the lack of general seating is something I don't think the management sees properly. People are always looking for a spot to sit as the store is huge; management, please, seriously take note! Summary: Wonderful place, no drink counter (management..!?) great customer service and a dedicated spot to bring your children and get them interested in books! Would absolutely recommend this place, especially if you're new to Tucson!
