I love Stack, I wasn't just there but I did see I had an unfinished review, I've been there plenty of times, every time I go there's clean seating available, quicker in the bar than seating.. I'm always ordering the Gorgonzola Waffle Fries, I typically go for the burger if the month, or any of the burgers on the menu are all very good, the fries options are great. Service is always on point when I go, maybe my first time I was a late person so I tipped well, but they had also given me all the extra hot fries and food before it went into the trash which was very nice. Drink are always on point, anything you want or see they can make fairly quickly, they also have spiked milkshakes which are fun. Inside is barstools and metal tables, they always have a form of sports going but also random stuff I think too, little napkin rolls, reutilized liquor bottles or something to serve water. One of the Best burgers ever. I had the Jimmy burger. Not always available. The beef was meaty and cooked to perfection. Shredded fried onions, pickles and pepper jack cheese. Onions rings were very good too. They have several beers on tap. I had the lager. Very fresh and crisp. For an extra 3.50 u can get a 12oz shake. The strawberry shake was nice and thick. Came here last night after seeing the great reviews here. Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. The place was empty when we got there around 6:30, with only a handful of tables filled. Our waitress let us know that their milkshake machine was broken which was a disappointment because we had wanted to get one. I ordered the three pepper bomb with chicken and my husband got the banh mi burger. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. That's about the best thing I could say for my meal. The waffle fries were ok but sort of under seasoned. I don't know what I actually ended up getting because my sandwich was nothing like the description on the menu. It was supposed to have bacon, which it didn't. It was supposed to have lettuce but had shredded cabbage instead, which wasn't a huge deal but definitely a very different flavor profile. It was also drenched in an aioli but none was mentioned on the menu. Not sure if the cook was losing it but the sandwich was not at all as described. It did have the fried jalapeños which were unfortunately extremely soggy from the aioli and all the liquid coming out of the caramelized onions. This made the breading on them and the breading on the chicken fall right off. The chicken was also stringy and impossible to bite through without just pulling the whole piece out because you couldn't bite off just a bit of it. I ended up having only a couple of bites before I decided I couldn't stomach any more of it. Despite having quite a bit of toppings, it had almost no flavor and was just a soggy mess. When I told the waitress, she was apologetic and made sure it was taken off the bill. They offered to get me something else but at that point I was just over the whole meal. Parking garage next to it was free so that was a plus esp when there were events going on in the Pop Keeney Stadium or when it was busy at the McMenamins Anderson School. We ordered some mules (always tasty), burgers with parmesan truffle fries, and shakes. The fries were the highlight of the show - I actually liked them better than the burger! Not saying the burger was bad, but I'm a big sauce person so the burger did seem a little "dry" for my taste, especially with the big bun it's served with. I had the Three Pepper Bomb - I think it could be even better if drizzled with some spicy mayo or something! The fries, though. Mmm - they were good. Wish I could have had a larger serving of those! We had the buffalo calamari which was thought was pretty unique and it paired nicely with the cheese and coleslaw that came with it. The loco moco fries was also tasty and not overly rich. The fatted sow slider was delicious and we liked that it was more like a tiny burger than a plain slider - the different flavors played nicely together and made the slider taste balanced. We were most surprised by the corn dogs because we weren't completely sure what we'd be getting even after our server explained it to us. We really liked that the sausage was juicy and that the breading was thin - we feel that most of the time, corn dogs are bread heavy, this was not the case here. Been here a few times now. It's one of those places you have as a back up plan, in my opinion. We have never come here intentionally. Usually it's because other places have a long wait. With that being said, it's decent I guess. Fries were good. Service was good, I didn't feel neglected but also wasn't constantly bothered. I had a BLT Chop Chop salad. I hate writing bad reviews but our experience here today from the poor customer service from the servers to the apathetic response from the manager in-person was beyond disappointing. The short of it: it's overly priced and the customer service is non-existent (and it is not understaffed - there were more servers than tables of people eating). Here's what happened: First - we ordered the Kale Caesar Salad. When we received it - we got a salad with romaine, spring mix, and no kale. Then - when we got the attention of one of the waitstaff to ask about it , another one (the one who took our order) came over grabbed a menu and argued with us that the menu says there is romaine in the salad. The other waitress tried to argue that "Kale Caesar Salad" just means there is kale in the salad - not that it's the base. First time I ever heard that. Further more, there was no kale. My boyfriend was completely fed up with the response from the waitstaff then asked for the manager. He explained this to her and the response seemed to deflect to the kitchen staff not making the salad correctly and also not being able to control what's on the menu because it's set by corporate. Again - we didn't care that there's romaine and spring mix in the salad. We were wondering where the kale was but the biggest issue was the service from the front of house team. We ended up not being charged for the salad but somehow, the bill still ended up being $28 for an order of wings and 2 Diet Cokes. But what is worse was that the whole experience of the being argued with completely ruined our afternoon. Terrible, terrible customer service. This was our first time here and had decided to try it because we got a gift card (and as it turned out - we couldn't even use it because it was for the Kirkland location). French fries were hot, crispy, with just the right amount of salt. Two patties, so bring your appetite! The sides were small IMO, so if you're hungry you may want to consider and appetizer. We got the chorizo fundito -- nothing special but we did enjoy the queso and meat combo. Service was pretty good. Two part review - because the food was good. But the service and staffing were a huge issue. We'll start with the bad. We rolled in at 1:45 on a Monday and we're told the kitchen was overwhelmed and they needed some time to seat people. Fine, way to manage expectations. So we waited about 25 minutes to be seated. No big deal. However, we then waited 25 minutes to have anyone talk to us. Another 20 to get three basic drinks (a beer, a shake and a vodka soda) and a solid hour before we saw any food. Tables around us had food finished before their drinks were served. This is a solvable issue, they need more competent staff. The server was nice, but clearly not qualified to be serving alone. Also, the bathrooms were so dirty we went next door to the parking garage to use the restroom (side note, nicest garage best groom ever). The good. The food was ok. Waffle fries were a little soft but their fry sauce was legit. I had the mushroom burger with a beyond burger patty and it was really good. The guys had the pb&j burger and the bahn mi (I'm sure I spelled that wrong) burger. They liked theirs also. Definitely a go-to burger joint for the area. In the group we had a total of 3-burger, 3 alcoholic drinks + a whiskey flight, 3 appetizers, and 1 salad. Gorgonzola Fries - They got eaten so fast I forgot to take a picture. We got the fully loaded version with pulled pork, cheese, blue cheese, green onions, tomatoes, etc. It was absolutely delicious and I'm already craving more. Pulled Pork Slider - Just a little guy with a lot of flavor. Buffalo Calamari - I don't personally enjoy calamari, so I can say too much, but the dish was getting passed around the table quite a bit and got cleaned out, must have been good! Truffle Parmesan Fries - I've only had fries like this once before and honestly wasn't expecting much due to that past experience. These were 100x better. So rich and delicious. Comes with three delightful dipping sauces. Fatted Sow Burger - My order and I don't regret a thing. Bacon beef patty with bacon, bacon slaw, and bacon whiskey jam. One of the juiciest burgers I've ever bitten into and was just amazing from start to finish. The 571 - It's pretty much your average burger with the addition of just being juicy and drippy. Jimmy Burger - Beef patty AND pulled pork. Add on the buttermilk-fried onions and you've got quite the stack. Likely would have been more order had they not had all the bacon on my own order. Would get again. All the drinks were precisely what we were craving, and the selection was amazing. Went on a Wednesday night and our group of 5 got seated after about 15 minutes. We ordered drinks (not whiskey) and burgers. It took a long time for our meal. At least 20min or more. Good thing we were immersed in conversation. I had the truffle burger with onion rings. Generally it was really oily. The truffle fried mushrooms were kinda greasy and the onion rings were heavily battered and fried to a crisp. More like fried dough. I could only stomach 1.3 rings. I was excited to eat lunch here at the outdoor seating on my birthday. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told that the outdoor seating was closed. I could see the tables and chairs still outside. We placed three separate takeout orders. My friends each ordered $20 items. Mine was $15. I wound up getting charged $20, and one of them was charged $15. They had gorgonzola on them instead of cheddar. The gorgonzola was pretty gross. Even my friend who likes it said it wasn't the best pairing for those fries. I enjoyed the sweet sauce on the pulled pork. It would have been better if the fries had more tomato and green onion to add some different flavors. There was supposed to be bacon, but I didn't find any. They wound up giving us three sauces. We weren't sure what they were or what they were supposed to go with, but at least two of them were pretty good. My friend's banh mi burger was rather lackluster, and the regular fries weren't that great, either. I did like my other friend's fried green tomato BLT, though. My family likes to eat at Stack 571 because my husband loves burgers and my kids LOVE (yes, capital letters) their shakes, specifically their Lucky Charms shake. Our current secret to eating at Stack 571 is the Woodinville Costco is offering discount gift certificates (June 2021). Great for a family dinner, or as a thank you for teachers or coaches. Share the Stack love! Who doesn't need a night out these days?!? The food is tasty but this is like elite bar food. Tasty but not healthy. Know you're getting your calories for the day and indulge. My biggest beef with Stack 571 is I prefer to eat gluten-free when it comes to major items like burger buns. They offer a GF bun for $1, which I've had and am not a fan of BUT they will also offer an iceberg lettuce wrap ... also for $1! $1 for iceberg lettuce - y'all that's crazy!!!
