I wanted to like this spot more. I like the other location better. Was it anything major? No. Overall staff was nice, food was pretty good. But I've just had better flavors, great experiences, and better promptness at the totem location. Ambiance seemed organized and mostly clean. Kitchen staff didn't seem to have any hair nets/hats. Probably fine but eh.

This is a great burger spot! It's a little loud and the wait for the food was a little longer than I'd like, but the place was clean & good for the price.

Three 3 Pepper Bomb Burger with chicken

Came here last night after seeing the great reviews here. Unfortunately my experience wasn't great. The place was empty when we got there around 6:30, with only a handful of tables filled. Our waitress let us know that their milkshake machine was broken which was a disappointment because we had wanted to get one. I ordered the three pepper bomb with chicken and my husband got the banh mi burger. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. That's about the best thing I could say for my meal. The waffle fries were ok but sort of under seasoned. I don't know what I actually ended up getting because my sandwich was nothing like the description on the menu. It was supposed to have bacon, which it didn't. It was supposed to have lettuce but had shredded cabbage instead, which wasn't a huge deal but definitely a very different flavor profile. It was also drenched in an aioli but none was mentioned on the menu. Not sure if the cook was losing it but the sandwich was not at all as described. It did have the fried jalapeños which were unfortunately extremely soggy from the aioli and all the liquid coming out of the caramelized onions. This made the breading on them and the breading on the chicken fall right off. The chicken was also stringy and impossible to bite through without just pulling the whole piece out because you couldn't bite off just a bit of it. I ended up having only a couple of bites before I decided I couldn't stomach any more of it. Despite having quite a bit of toppings, it had almost no flavor and was just a soggy mess. When I told the waitress, she was apologetic and made sure it was taken off the bill. They offered to get me something else but at that point I was just over the whole meal. Two stars only because my husband liked his burger and the waitress was good. Don't think we will be back here.

It was my first time trying this place. Parking garage next to it was free so that was a plus esp when there were events going on in the Pop Keeney Stadium or when it was busy at the McMenamins Anderson School. Our server was super friendly and provided a lot of her personal recommendations. I tried the poutine burger. Surprisingly the gravy was in a paste form and not fluid as expected. The fries was good and fulfilling. We enjoyed sitting at the patio with fresh air.

Lucky Charms S'Mores Shake, so fun and just as yummy as it looks! Chalk full of mellows

Came here for happy hour on a weekday and had a great time! They were SLAMMED so service was a bit slow, and they apologized for that but very friendly service overall. We got the loco moco fries and would definitely order again! Loved the gravy and toppings on the fries, super tasty and great price for HH. I ordered their featured burger of the month which was the katsu burger and wouldn't get it again, the patty was a bit bland and overall oily. There was a mustard sauce on it which didn't really compliment the dish in my opinion. However, I loved that you could add a small milkshake to your burger entree for just a few bucks! Would do this again, but try another burger next time.

Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey bar is my husbands favorite place to frequent when he wants "leveled up" bar food and good whiskey. The menu offers something for everyone, and most dishes can be adjusted to accommodate dietary preferences. Customer service is always good, and during the warmer months the patio area is very accommodating for families. If you're in Bothell seeking good food, and an extensive bar menu I definitely recommend Stack 571.

Yaaassss Took us a while to get here but hey! Here we are and man they did good! So let's talk food Dip Burger| this is it if I ever want a dip sandwich I'm coming here it's so gloriously yummy and the bread if perfect for dipping. Honestly I can only finish one half hahaha but I'm so glad to take the rest home Poutine burger| they were kind enough to sub the pork and beef patty for only a beef patty and mmm it is yummy a little gravy and some fries in a burger how can you say no to that! Did you know you can add a small shake to your burger for $3.95 I tell you man that shake is delish, lovely when you can a chocolate shake just right and they do not skimp on the whipped cream either We've been here twice we're coming back for more and guys they're service ppl are the bomb!

This is our second time eating here. We got the loco moco fries which were delicious. Did get the poutine burger and didn't have any gravy on it which was a little disappointing. Overall, I would eat here again.

Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey is a solid burger spot in the heart of Bothell. We came in on a weekday evening and we're seated quickly, no wait. There was a game on TV, with several TVs throughout the restaurant, so we were all able to watch the game(s) while enjoying our meals. We had two kids in our party and the restaurant accommodated then seamlessly. There was quite a decent selection of drinks, for both adults and children alike. I ordered the Bahn Mi Burger and it was very good. It was like a Bahn Mi sandwich, but with a hamburger patty. It was a good balance of flavors. We all really enjoyed our food, both the kids and the adults. It was a nice, casual atmosphere - great for a casual lunch, to catch a game and everything in between. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a solid burger and/or a place to catch a game with friends.

Great spot for happy hour!! The appetizers and drinks here are sooo good. My husband and I have been in multiple times for happy hour and we are always impressed with the friendly service and the drink + food options. The loaded fries are a must and there's always a good beer or cocktail on the menu. Definitely recommend for happy hour!

Pretty good burger spot! Came in with 2 friends on a Friday evening and was able to be sat right away. Our server was nice and attentive. Not too busy for a Friday but still lively. The food was decent, I had the Nashville chicken sandwich and it was okay. My friend had the monthly special gyro burger and she said it was the best thing she's ever had! I loved the waffle fries. I would come back to try a burger and shake.

My girlfriend and I met up at Stack for our monthly lunch date. Free street parking can be found; however, it may take a few times around the area to find a spot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Stack offers a small outdoor seating area with umbrellas for those who enjoy sitting outdoors. Stack offers a full bar as well as their own craft beer. My girlfriend slurped on a Mac & Jack for $7.50 and I slurped on a Stack 571 IPA for $7.50 while reviewing the menu. The food menu is funky fresh with fun spins on classic cocktails and burgers. We started off with Tempura Oyster Mushrooms for $8.95: with Parmesan and truffle oil. Very delectable. My girlfriend ordered the PB&J Burger for $15.95: crunchy peanut butter, mixed berry jelly, crisp bacon, Tillamook cheddar and bacon-whiskey jam. She chose regular fries as her side. I ordered the Three Pepper Bomb Burger for $17.95: bourbon caramelized onion, pepper bacon, fried jalapeño, roasted pepper, crisp iceberg and pepper jack cheese. I chose the waffle fries as my side. My burger was quite tasty; however, I was expecting some heat and was disappointed that there was none. We concluded our lunch date with a Scotch flight for $17.95: Monkey Shoulder, The Glenlivet 12 and Dewar's Mizuna Cask. We each had so much fun tasting and discussing each Scotch palate. Our server was friendly, flirty, knowledgeable and efficient. We both left Stack full, feeling beautiful and eager to return in the future.

If you're vegan don't bother. Literally everything has bacon. Almost overkill on it. Service was friendly but on the slower side. If you get a cocktail stick with their whiskey options/creations. Probably one of the worst margaritas I've had. It's a fast casual type of environment. My husband got a boozy shake which he liked but wasn't a big fan of his meal and he's a meat eater.

Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Stack 571 Burger & Whiskey Bar

    Is it family-friendly?

It is! I'm not too sure about the crowd at night but I've taken my four year old and my newborn here during lunch.

What are the times for happy hour?

I THINK the HH hours are 3 to 6 & 9 to close. (Not sure if it's 7 days a week.) And, they do the full menu during the Happy Hours.

Is there any vegan items on the menu?

They have a house made veggie patty which is quite tasty. I believe it is vegan, but I am not certain.

Found a table in the bar area that was just right with beautiful view of the whiskey bottles lining the window. We got prompt attention and reviewed the menu for the snack. I was about to get fish and chips but was steered toward the Cubano pork sandwich with french fries. My wife got a caesar salad with romaine instead of kale and we decided to try the fried pickles too. No drinks other than water as we had plans afterward. The positives is the location, the atmosphere and they had all the pub fare you would expect. The only thing that dampened the pleasure was everything the fries, the sandwich, the salad, and even the sauces tastes quite salty to me. My wife mentioned to me seeing red edges on the romaine in her salad typically meaning not as fresh as it should have been. Definitely a nice place for beer drinking in the bar or outside on the patio during these springtime days. Not sure of the root cause of the over seasoning, but I'll ask for lighter next time.

They have a counter bar area strategicly set with no chairs where it's comfortable for four 1/4 to 1/2 oz taste, but you don't get too comfortable. The hostess was pleasant, inviting and we honestly enjoyed reviewing the menu of +10 different whiskeys where we need to pick out 4 of them for the standard flight. They had a cross section of proofs between bourbons and ryes with a premixed old fashioned that was made by aging in maple syrup barrels. My wife went for ryes and i did the bourbons. I started with the 80 proof then navigated toward the highlight of the 115-proof. I was pleasantly impressed how drinkable without the burn going down was the 115-proof as it benefits from a sweeter, corn-forward base + cooler aging that results in better integration and less aggressive burn -- it "drinks easier" than the numbers would suggest. Of course, try what you can and it's great when you can share tastes between 2 people all the choices. For me, I found the cast strength aged 6 years 115 proof to be the best.

I took a cooking class at a respected college on onions so I appreciate good onions. Also, I ordered it without sauce. The menu described it as "drive-in" sauce, but the cook said he didn't know what was in it. Instead of no sauce, he put a bunch of mustard on my burger. I ordered no sauce! I've worked in or for restaurants my entire life so I know better than to ever do something like that to a customer. Ever. The fries were the worst part of the experience. They were so undercooked they were soggy and a little nasty oily from whatever they put on them. They were cut way too thick for how little they cooked them, but with the extra oil and being undercooked, they were pretty darn good rewarmed in my air fryer. I'm not a Brussels sprout fan, but my friend substituted them for the fries for a reasonable $4. She really liked them. The only one of us that didn't have the burger had the king salmon. It looked really good, but my friend said it was tough. The piece he gave to me might as well been from a can. Also, it had way too much acetic acid on it I guess in an attempt to make it less tough. Their selection of beer is terrible, but to be fair whiskey is in the name. The beer was $9 for a Coors Light clone. That's too much for a beer that was flat from a glass that wasn't clean enough and from lines that tasted like they weren't cleaned often enough for the beer to form bubbles.
