Thursday am i woke up at 8 dropped my daughter off at sitter took all my extensions out and the day off of work, 10:42 am the owner called me saying she has a problem her sink dosent work she had a plumber driving to plainview to buy a new sink sprayer!!!!!!! lol now she's willing to do my hair but where so I told her I have a event this weekend took the old extentions out dropped my daughter to childcare and I confirmed this she asked me to come to her home in mt. She quoted my bridesmaids certain prices and then changed it on them the day of the wedding. She charged me $80 more than the other girls for hair and makeup just because I was the bride, but she spent no more time on me than anyone else. I spent $200 on an updo and clown makeup. Her makeup space was cramped, messy, and poorly lit. My bridesmaids and I all came out looking overdone and clownish. Albeit we were a little late to our appointment, but the woman was SO SLOW that one of the girls couldn't get her make up done, and she had to drive my mom back to the house to get dressed, making my mom miss me getting dressed for my wedding. I wasnt able to take ANY of my pre wedding photos. To make all matters worse, Elaine shows up at the end of my wedding that night to collect our balance instead of handling it the next day. She actually showed up to my wedding to get money from my mom and bridesmaids!!! She overcharges, lies, and does a really crappy makeup job. The girls who do the hair are fine, but Elaine is a MESS. Do NOT do business with this place, ESPECIALLY not for your wedding. She ruined my special day, and is a terrible makeup artist and unfair. The airbrush foundation Jacqueline applied felt very light and looked amazing. I was so happy with it. This was the first time I've had airbrush and I don't ever wear liquid foundation, so I had been worried about sweating or crying my makeup off on my wedding day, but Jacqueline promised that this wouldn't happen. She said I could sleep in the makeup and it would look the same the next day (except for the lips of course). So, I took that challenge and slept in the makeup overnight.
