Kay always washes my hair well and then walks me over to the chair. She cuts my bangs perfectly and trims my hair so that it's not too long but she gets rid of all the dead ends. I found this salon through social media and was immediately impressed by the work they shared so I contacted a stylist about booking an appointment and was told to come in for a consultation. I came in for my consultation to speak about what color I was interested in doing and the possibility of some extensions. After showing the stylist the color I wanted (i'll include the picture) I was quoted $370 for cut and color alone, at that point I made a quick decision and said F it i deserve this and booked the appointment. 2 days later after a full 8 hour shift, an hour and a half drive to the salon, and 4 hours in the chair I was BEYOND disappointed with the way it came out. Don't get me wrong the salon itself and the energy and the people working there are great but I am not the type of person to sit there and complain about the 4 hours of work someone had just done and was seemingly so proud of (as i believe most people can agree they would also bite their tongue in a situation like this) I would have said something had I known sooner than after the blowout, but when I'm sitting in a salon chair with no mirror in front of me for hours while 2 rounds of bleach are going on my head and I had no idea what it looked like the whole process what else am I meant to do but trust the stylist. So it wasn't until AFTER the blowout that I realized this was NOT AT ALL the color I had asked for. But I put a smile on my face and walked out the door after paying $370, went home and just cried over what I had just spent over half my paycheck on and now have to pay a different salon to fix because I refuse to go back to this place because I simply don't trust them..
