As soon as you enter the business you are immediately greeted with a unique vibe. There are decorations all over the walls which makes sure you are never bored during the hair cut. Kay always washes my hair well and then walks me over to the chair. She cuts my bangs perfectly and trims my hair so that it's not too long but she gets rid of all the dead ends. I've recommended her to at least 4 of my male friends who also only see her to get their hair cut! I hated it. They told me color doesn't lift color and we're very nasty about it especially Suzanne. I told her I knew that and wanted it corrected and made another appointment. I went back and she was going to put a high lift color on top of my colored hair which would not have worked so I said no so they just put on a gloss. I asked for a partial refund but the receptionist Diana told me to book with another girl so I could get it done right I told her what about the money I lost she said that she would use it toward my new service. I stupidly said yes After I thought about it I realized that this should've all been done free of charge. This is a correction and They weren't treating it as a correction , so I bought some color remover and color and did it myself without bleaching it . I will never go back into that salon.
