Luckily for me, Claudette was very kind and patient. She went over the different types of facials that she offers and explained the benefits of each one. My main concern was to even out my skin tone from acne scars and clean out my pores, so we ended up going with the Microdermabrasion facial. I will admit that even after the consultation I was still nervous. I knew that there would be buffing involved and was very scared that it would hurt and my skin would look raw! But boy was I wrong. Claudette was very gentle and took her time, making sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. Within minutes I was completely relaxed and forgot that I was ever worried about anything. My skin looked absolutely beautiful afterwards and felt softer than it ever has before. I definitely recommend trying her out - especially if you've never gotten a facial before. I'm literally pre-paying and you're saying my money vanished. You literally take my money and bc I don't come frequently enough to cause skin cancer, my money somehow loses its value. The last package expired last week. $60 for 50 minutes (6 sessions) in the lowest level bed. Not only did my money just suddenly have no value when I went to buy a new package it was now $84 for 5 sessions. The front desk receptionist or tanologist said "well if you don't come we get to keep your money". Cmon Catherine. I had just moved to Garden City and hadn't found a make up artist yet , so after my blow dry at the salon they offered me a complimentary make up refresher with Melissa. I was in a time crunch and asked her to just do my whole face. I was sooooo nervous, but WOW she slayed it!!! I looked like a movie star! I was so sad to find out she only had 2 weeks left working at the salon because she was having a baby. So I got her cell and later asked her if I could come to her house out east for make up.
