I originally made an appointment with another local company and they no showed on a Saturday. I was able to secure an appointment the very next day. Emitt (excuse spelling) was prompt, efficient, and even helped us secure two subsequent appointments to have additional work done within our home. He coordinated one of his team members to clean up our disgraceful wiring issues by securing everything neatly within a hung closet and also set the appointment and supervised bright house's technician to ensure our new echo system was working seamlessly throughout the house. Sadly it's sometimes rare in Florida to find a company with both integrity AND initiative and to be honest, he helped us in areas we didn't even know we needed. Kudos to him and his team for always following through with their promises and not overcharging. It so easy to rack up a obscene bill with IT issues and I can say without a doubt he was more than fair. Definitely more interested in word of mouth and satisfied customers than a high price point. Really saved us! Pinellas Park Computers was friendly and inviting from the moment we arrived. Enjoyed talking with their techs. My daughter's hard drive for school was unreadable. Even though we have an extended warrantee that would replace the unit, she needed the files on it and couldn't wait the week + another store had offered. We went to Pinellas Park Computers the afternoon before Thanksgiving. They immediately checked the unit and started the process to retrieve the files. It was done that evening, but we had missed an important file. So that night, actually closing time, they started the process again and we picked it up first thing Friday morning. Do not waste your time looking elsewhere! Two real pros. Jerry worked on our PC after an upgrade from W7 to W10 went horribly wrong and W totally disappeared. (FWIW, I had upgraded a laptop with no problems.) Spent countless hours trying to fix and/or revert to W7 myself with buckets of repair apps, finally gave up. Jerry said he could 'definitely' fix it, and he did. Had given a quote up front and they hung by it even though I was convinced it should have been higher by the time they were completed. Total honesty and integrity from total nice guys. BTW, W10 is not worth it at all, in my opinion. Would revert my laptop if I weren't terrified of the consequences. This is the best computer repair experience I've ever had, and I've had a few, over the years! Ameet was knowledgeable, compassionate about my transportation issues, and most of all extremely competent and affordable. He doesn't promise what he can't deliver time-wise, which I really appreciated, and he's personalist to boot! For instance, I had a two-hour wait until my repair was completed, and he suggested that I visit Sawgrass State Park. Much better than sitting in the car. I shall surely recommend him to my St. Pete's area friends and am happy to learn that he's opening a second, more central, location. read more

Found these guys on Yelp and boy am I glad I did. My hp laptop was running sooooo slow. They advised on a cost effective hard drive to solid state drive upgrade.
