For some reason instead they decided to uncross the straps so they were even longer and the dress was falling down. When I called back the next day to get my money back since I paid $140 for this "work," they refused to refund me. I will never use this business again, they are scammers who will ruin your clothing and steal your money. The machines on the left side near the right entrance do not rinse or dry clothes properly. This is my third complaint, but nothing has been done to fix the issue. The last time I complained, a staff member said she would inform the owner, but the problem remains unresolved. As a long-time customer, I am disappointed that my concerns are not being addressed. Additionally, the glass door has been broken for a long time and still has not been repaired. This is a serious safety hazard that could injure someone. If these issues are not resolved, I will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I am attaching pictures for reference. I urge the owner to take these problems seriously and fix the machines and the broken glass door as soon as possible. Customers deserve clean clothes and a safe environment.
