Average height and weight, but felt that I needed some new perspective to understand how food works in my body and what are healthy habits to develop. Also plagued by hangry moments and chronic acid reflux, the plan that Diana outlined for me helped reduce and eventually eliminate both. The focused work we did (I did with her support) up front helped me understand how to monitor my calorie intake, how long foods would last, and also to set that information aside for occasional indulgence. I highly recommend Diana Lipson-Burge to anyone who wants to learn how to get and maintain a healthy relationship with their body and with food.

I am beyond grateful for being referred to Katie, as she opened my eyes to a lot about nutrition that I didn't know. Katie would look at what I was eating day to day and was able to pin point areas of improvement based on what I was eating and my hormones. Katie helped me learn about what foods I need to add in order to feel more fulfilled and have more energy. I started paying attention to the different food groups and increasing my protein intake. I noticed soon enough that I wasn't craving my nighttime sweets that I always did. Katie helped so much in my nutritional journey. She helped me improve my relationship with food as well as learning how to make cooking more fun. After working with Katie, I see every meal and snack I eat, as an opportunity to feed myself more fuel to conquer my goals. If you need that mindset and push to get started, Working with Katie will get you there. I honestly never write reviews, but I had to for Katie because I cannot thank her enough.
