Love St Anton's whether it's the winter for snowboarding/skiing or the summer to fish and hike. The prices are so reasonable and the location is perfect! Unit # 75 is beautiful and super modern with a gorgeous upgraded kitchen and bath. For kids there are bunk beds, the living room has a sofa pullout bed, and bedroom has a comfortable king bed. The TVs in the living and bedroom are massive in which your able to use the owner's Netflix or Hulu account or your own apps on the smart TV, as well as watch regular cable. This unit is awesome due to having all the amenities of home. There is also a recreation area with pool table and jacuzzi, bbq grill, and swimming pool outside. Stay here, especially unit #75 and you be glad you did!

First, the location is amazing. Right by the lifts. But the overall property is horribly maintained. It feels like it should be condemned. The Wi-Fi was down for three days because the system, and hotspots seem to be installed by the local high school shop class. The towels seemed like they were donated by the state prison. As you can see from the pictures it looks like a construction site where they paid off the compliance officer. They charged $800 a night... when as you can see from the pictures would be overpriced if it was $800 a month. The property management team didn't care about the inconveniences and basically refunds us $20... less than 1% for their uninhabitable living conditions. I am calling both the city, Airbnb, and the better business bureau to report this horrible experience.

Condo unit was fine, no issues there. The problems are with the parking and condo management team. We reserved through VRBO and initial communication was through a 3rd party rental management company, Grand Welcome. We learned ahead of time that underground parking was available, so we asked if there were an outside parking spot for our SUV with a roof box and were emailed there were outside spots. Here's where the problems started. After parking outside for two nights with no problems, on the evening of day 3, we had FINAL warning stickers on our SUV to move it and they blocked in our SUV with a snowcat (see in pictures). We were not in fire lane and no signs were present to state the spot was reserved. We contacted Grand Welcome and St Anton and after several hours, we received a call from the St Anton manager. No explanation for blocking our car in, no apology, very rude and no solution to parking our SUV. Do not stay here unless you want to experience poor interactions with the manager.

Location, location, location. Our family loves this place!! Unit 75 is a unit we love and it's an updated unit with all the new amenities of brand new condo. Brand new SS appliances, 2 large big screen smart TVs, great eat in kitchen, and a bunk bed for for the kiddos. It's practically ski in / ski out next to Canyon Lodge and the underground parking is key. You can easily walk to Canyon Lodge and take the Gondola to the village. Summertime is great as you are right next to the lodge of you want to bike the trails. If you are looking for a great modern/hip yet cozy condo with an unbeatable location then Unit 75 at St. Anton is a great place to book.

We just got back from a 3 night stay here and it has the best location! It's walking distance to Canyon Lodge and with great snow, you might even be able to ski back! It really has such ease of loading and unloading all your gear. You drive right into the covered garage and you never actually step outside. This is extremely convenient if it's howling wind & snowing. You go through the inside corridor, up some stairs, and find your door. We stayed in A-15 and I booked it through stantoncondos.com. All the condos are the same price, no matter what the interior looks like. The best technique is to look at all the condos available when you're traveling and you can find the most updated and comfy condo, at no extra cost! One downside, if you are on the first floor like we were, you will most likely here the people above you moving around. We were unlucky to have the people above us, stomping around at midnight right above our bedroom every night. This kept waking us up so we didn't get completely restful sleep. Other than that, our condo was great! Next time though, I'm booking an upstairs unit : )

The unit had some nice upgrades and the online images were accurate to what we received. They have a large selection of properties to choose from and customer service was spot on for us.

OWNER BEWARE -- UNAUTHORIZED ACH DISPUTE, MONTHS OF LOST REVENUE, AND EXCESSIVE FEES…read more My experience with Nomadness Rentals was an absolute nightmare. They left my newly prepared Mammoth Lakes property effectively unadvertised and without a single paid booking for more than three months, despite my repeatedly asking why the listing was not live and what they were doing to generate reservations. While my property sat vacant and I lost substantial rental income, Nomadness continued charging me for setup, inspections, lock installation and programming, maintenance coordination, subscriptions, cleaning-related requirements, and other fees. The worst part was a $1,817.17 ACH debit from my bank account that I formally disputed as unauthorized. My position has consistently been that the account was provided to receive owner payouts--not for Nomadness to withdraw whatever charges it chose. Owners should be extremely cautious about giving this company access to a checking account and should require written approval for every single expense. In my experience, their business model appeared far more focused on generating recurring and mandatory fees from property owners than on successfully marketing and renting the property. Owners are pushed to purchase equipment, install specific items, use designated services or contractors, pay upfront setup costs, and continue paying recurring fees--even when the company's actual performance is extremely poor. I personally found these practices deceptive, predatory, and completely unacceptable. After months of delays, zero paid occupancy, disputed charges, and lost revenue, I had no confidence that Nomadness was acting in my best interest as the property owner. I strongly caution all property owners--particularly first-time vacation-rental owners, elderly owners, or anyone who may not closely examine every invoice and bank transaction--to review every contract provision, preserve every email, refuse open-ended ACH authorization, and demand written approval before any charge is incurred. Based on my documented experience, I would never trust Nomadness Rentals with another property, another bank account, or another dollar. Avoid this company.

I planned this trip with a group of friends, and they could not stop commenting about how the chalets was the best stay they've been in at Mammoth. We stayed at chalet #9 which was not a ski out, but a very short walk to the main lodge/lifts and definitely a ski in from lower road runner. The chalet itself was cozy with plentiful seating, and even extra foldable chairs for our group. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms came equipped with hotel sized toiletries, which was a nice touch. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped with all the necessities, along with a fridge/freezer that was the perfect size to fit all of our weekend groceries. I also appreciated that they even had a huge pot to make group meals like pho, even though I had already brought my own instant pot. I would 110% stay here again and recommend the chalets to all of my family and friends. This was such a wonderful find. Thank you for the awesome stay Mammoth Mountain Chalets! :)

Having this bison burger meal with the option of 2 side dishes was heavenly. No, potato fries wasn't one of the choices. I did choose the asparagus and zucchini cooked in marinara sauce and the restuffed baked half potato. This was an exceptional meal that was almost too big for me to finish, but I managed! The bison meat was flavorful and had not the slightest greasy quality about it. Getting meals of this quality when far off the beaten track is a delightful expectation when at Mono Hot Springs.
