It's nice to see it and experience it once. We went there…read morefor their Christmas special event, "Glow" and I'm not sure if they have the same issues all the time or this issues were related to their Christmas special: Parking is a disaster. I was driving around for a while to be allowed to go to one of the parking areas and it seems the traffic was not planned or controlled properly. Then the parking was all icy which is a safety hazard knowing a lot of young and older people walk there. Then we got inside and although it was nice, it wasn't worth the money and energy. I personally didn't feel Christmas spirit and originality. Everything about the setup was very mechanical without soul. Like a robot maybe! I think something like "candy cane lane" is a lot better experience and it gives a feeling that your in a Christmas painting. I will go back there for the market itself after holidays. I think I may enjoy the market better.

One could enjoy oneself here, if one: 1) lived in St. Albert; 2) had lots of money to burn, and 3)…read morehad low expectations of this Centre acting as the greenhouse it replaced. Beautiful space, but better suited for elderly mall-walkers and special events. Truth be told, there are few actual plants, particularly annuals, on offer. They seem to focus more on specialized seasonal plants, like poinsettias and Norfolk pine at Christmas, and decorative items like pumpkins, terrariums, and tropical plants. I came in mid-September for fall bedding plants and was shocked to find there were almost no plants, a few potted mums with tightly closed buds, and that was it. Not even a marigold in the whole place! What perennials they had left were leggy, there were a few scraggly trees and some sad looking pansies. Quite a pathetic showing, shocking that Home Depot and Canadian Tire have better selection! All this greenhouse space, and hardly any plants. I was pretty choked that I had driven all the way to St. Albert and left without a single bedding plant, what a waste of my gas and my time. The Enjoy Centre is actually a wannabe high-end shopping mall, out in a middle of nowhere industrial park. One of the reasons I chose to come out was to hit Evoolution, but I can do that closer to home. There's a spa onsite, an overpriced kitchen store, an overpriced health and wellness shop, and a specialty grocery store akin to Loblaws City Centre market or any Planet Organic. I'm not sure why anyone would come to the Enjoy Centre for such services, and indeed anytime I've visited, these stores are all but empty. The cafeteria is also overpriced and very average. Honestly I'd only come back here for the special events and would maybe do some gift shopping. But I'll never make the drive from Edmonton again just to peruse expensive items I can purchase elsewhere, or to buy plants, if there were any to buy!!

I am so impressed by the assistance that I got with the repot of my dear Ficus Tree, "Stephen". He…read moreis twelve years old and has been with me for a long time. He definitely needed some TLC as his roots were beginning too outgrow his pot. I was emailing back and forth with Stacie about the repot and eventually it got warm enough for me to bring him in. She gave some great advice and got Stephen in a nice new pot that was a more appropriate size. I had also gotten some previous advice about Ficus trees that she nicely explained was incorrect and gave me some great tips about how to care for him from now on. This is my oldest plant and I know he still has a lot of life in him so I want to care for him as best I can! One of the best things about this is I only had to pay for the pot. I was prepared to pay upwards of $100 but the repot and advice was actually free! What a nice surprise! I think more people should take advantage of this great service. I believe I will bring him in again in a few years but of course these trees are temperamental and don't like to be moved too much. I also brought in my little prayer plant and we set him up for new propagation to keep him feeling good as well. Thanks to Stacie and the staff at Holes! It makes me feel like Stephen and my other plant were in great hands and I will definitely be back!

However I was told they will no longer do this. I was treated like I was a bother and with disdain. Managed with a fake smile and haughtiness. It became crystal clear my business was not valued, considered small potatoes (pardon the pun) and that I should just move along, "have a nice day dripping in condescension. I'll never go back despite decades of shopping there and I'll be sure to let everyone I know how elitist and dismissive this organization has become.

This place is always a bit tricky to find each year because it pops up in different places. But I…read morealways seem to see it in my vague area eventually, and I'm always happy I went. They don't have a massive space but in terms of variety you can't beat it. They have one of the widest selections of plants around (if you are used to big box stores' selection, please go here to discover something different!). The staff will mostly ignore you (which i prefer tbh), but knowledgeable if you ask. The plants are in good shape and well cared-for. I've always had them do well and several times have found things I've never seen anywhere else. It's not fancy (or crazy expensive) like some of the bigger spaces. The space is always a bit of a hole-in-the-wall but hey, you came for the plants, right? Please stay here forever, Agrola, and never change.

We had an absolutely terrible experience with this business. Please do not give them your business,…read morethey do not deserve it! We ordered and PAID FOR seven trees as well as delivery to our house. The owner's daughter showed up dressed extremely inappropriately with her child, who was running around our backyard. The owner's daughter then proceeded to tear one of our trees out of the ground WITHOUT our permission. She called the owner and told him that the tree was planted incorrectly. The owner then yelled at my husband, saying we have to pay more to get the trees we ALREADY PAID FOR because the trees we had from last year were planted incorrectly. My husband, calmly, told the owner that he demanded a refund, which was issued several hours later. The owner's daughter was screaming at my husband as she left our house, including RACIST insults. I've never had a more unprofessional experience with a business in my life.
