Stopped into the St. Albert Greenhouse the other day on a whim after hitting up 6 greenhouses in…read morethe past 2 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised by quality, value, and variety. They had the best price out of 6 greenhouses and the major ones like HD, Lowe's, Costco, etc. for seed starter packs of 6 annuals - $2.50 for a 6 pack is pretty awesome in this neck of the woods! They had jumbo 6 packs for $4.50 ( $1.50 less than Hole's for example) and I'd say they had even better variety! The staff were friendly and it definitely had a back road country feel. My toddler enjoyed their "barn" cat or rather "greenhouse" cat. There were 5 greenhouses in total - though, the perennial one was lacking - I think Costco had more perennials than this place. None the less, GREAT deals and good varieties! I filled up the back of my vehicle with their selections and I'll be sure to go back again this growing season!

There's handmade crafts, jewelry, homemade pickles/fruit/ jam, bottles of maple syrup, fresh homemade baked goods, frozen meals to take home, and framed pictures and art for sale in every corner!
