I know gun shops have to deal with a lot of bad customers and I'm sure that can be tiring, but there is literally no reason for their customer service to be so abysmal. I mean it's actually comical how off-putting they are, It's like a parody of a gun shop. I've tried on three separate occasions to buy something and they literally act like they don't want to sell anything. It's like walking into a private club uninvited. They don't greet you, they don't ask what you're looking for, if you ask if they have something they'll give you attitude. If you want to hold a gun, be prepared to be ignored or insulted. This shop just has a culture of gun-snobbery and resentment for their customers that is totally unproductive. Literally the only reason to go to a gun store nowadays is for the FFL transfer and for customer service/knowledge. Personally, I won't even give them money for a transfer and I'd rather drive 3 times as far to spend my money. If any of the employees are actually knowledgeable, you'll probably never know because they'll be too busy looking down their noses at you. read more

Service is really good, they're very knowledgeable about what they offer. What they offer is a whole lot. They have a big selection of handguns and rifles at this store and more at their store in fredericksburg. Most handguns there were quite expensive however, other stores in the area sold the gun I was looking for at $200 cheaper than what they offered. read more

Avoid this location (Stafford) if customer service is some thing that you are expecting out of a retailer. Wife purchased a fire arm and upon going to the store for pick up, after receiving a call that the item was ready, she was berated by one of the staff, which happened to be the manager. He stated and treated her as if she was in the wrong store for the wrong merchandise. When she kindly asked him to look up her information, he refused stating she had the wrong location, without verifying or checking. Another staff heard this and located the item. All staff heard the encounter but no corrective action was taken, No apology was provided. Then when the helpful staff asked if she would like to inspect the item the manager stated she would not even know what she was looking at anyways and the box could be empty. Have a call into the owner (Doug and Kurt), let see how important customer service is for you both. read more

this place is sorry as the customer service. I was in the store to look and speaking to a family member about a product and mentioning how someone's experience was difficult when maneuvering or changing the weapon. I was immediately asked the say my statement again and when I did? the gentlemen decided to tell me to "stop talking." like what kind of customer service is this? I thought I was inside of grand theft auto "ammunation" gunshop. however if you want my honest review? the firearms appear used and worn down. the suppressors are high end and are not worth the hassle let alone the cost. the had a Walter handgun with rust on it. rust. this is what your money for in a time where a firearm may be needed. I would not trust the business or the dealings with this low rent hell. it looks shady when you walk in with the employees staring you down as if you're about to cause trouble. My daughter purchased a new Kel tec sub 2000 yesterday the Glock 17 model and it is supposed to come with a Glock 17 magazine which was switched out and replaced with a USED Promag magazine. That's absolutely bad business especially when you still charge the high end price for products. So for that reason I'm giving 1 star. read more

Probably some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Just walking in wasn't greeted never asked if I needed help looking for anything while an older gentleman just stayed on his phone. HORRID experience. I highly recommend you stay away especially if you want your firearms shipped safely. My husband and I took his guns to SSG Tactical to be shipped as he's on military orders out of state. They failed to package the guns correctly, and all of the guns were destroyed. There was a giant hole in the box, which had later been retaped by USPS -- it's miraculous my husband's handgun was still in the box after all of that. When calling SSG Tactical to ask how they'll make it right, they deflected their lack of customer service and respect and blamed it on the post office for their handling of the box -- mind you, the firearms didn't have any bubble wrap on them and the "manager" claimed he had boxed the firearms in a larger box, with a handgun case boxed in a separate box, taped to the larger box. This was a total lie as the guns came in 1 box -- with the handgun case in the large box, and the postal sticker was on that 1 box. ALSO, the tracking information consisted of ONE tracking number. You simply cannot have 2 boxes with the same tracking number, so -- to my point earlier -- the manager is telling a lie somewhere in this as the story does not line up. We also offered to provide them with bubble wrap to which they denied. Let me not forget that there wasn't a signature required to obtain the guns for delivery. Talk about high potential for the guns to get in the wrong hands. On top of all of this, my husband's guns are inherited from his father and two grandfathers, one of which is not here with us today. What a disgrace of a business. This is unforgivable and the least they can do is refund us the $260 they charged to ship the guns, especially considering the damage THEY caused will far surpass that $260. read more

I wish I was able to give them no stars especially if you are a person of color. Upon entering the shop, whomever this guy with salt and pepper hair and military bracelet on, had the audacity to question my need for being in the store. It was clear that he didn't want a person of color in the store and even made a sly comment to the patron who was standing behind me rather than say his comment out loud and directly towards me. Instead of questioning my need for being safe, his responses were directed towards me going to the internet.... UNACCEPTABLE! I do not recommend this place of business if you are looking for anything related to firearms etc, DO NOT go here. Walked into the store and was never greeted. Walked around while 5 other employees didn't even look in our direction or ask if we needed help.
