All Shooters Tactical - This is what he said they are selling for on gunbroker. Liar.

If your need is in the firearms industry, All Shooters Tactical (AST) in Dale City, VA is the place…read morefor expert advice, service and or repairs. Owning and maintaining firearms is an expensive hobby or personal protection need. All firearms are useless if they do not work when you need or want them to. AST has a wide selection of products to care for your EDC or Range Buddy. Their biggest asset is advice. Whether you're an expert shooter or just filling a personal protection need, AST has the right Team to help you get where you need to be. They try very hard to understand and fill your needs. It's not a fast process to own a weapon, so theirs comes with a responsibility to watch out for potential buyers that may meet the standards to own a firearm but exhibit anything odd in their customer's character while they are shopping. The day I came in for another Transfer from Classic Firearms, you still have to fill out forms and wait your turn. On my last trip to AST there was a diverse crowd, and all were patiently waiting their turn. As I filled out required forms again, at least ten people left with their purchases, and all were smiling. The staff will make recommendations for your size, age and build. No sense in owning a cannon that you'll never use at a range or be able to aim for personal protection. You can trust them to do what's right for you and your community. AST has been my choice for firearms and supplies for over 18 years. Every visit is a Five STAR occasion.

Came in to sell 2 firearms. Everything started smooth until he told me what he was offering me. I…read morewas absolutely shocked at the low ball offer. I asked him why so low and he said that's what they sell for on gun broker. So I looked them up myself. He offered me 75$ for the shotgun and 200$ for the 43x mos. Mind you the 43x had 500$ worth of add ons that I was willing to sell with it. The light alone cost more than he offered for the gun. So what I can say from my experience they are liars trying to take advantage of people. I will never shop there again nor will I ever recommend them again. The fact he looked me in the eye and lied saying that's what they are going for was the most offensive thing he could have done. If they didn't want to buy them just be a man and say so don't lead me on then lie to my face. If I could give half a star I would.

DICK'S Sporting Goods - This is just the packing box it came in. Just to substantiate that I really ordered it

I received notification from Dick's Sporting Goods and also FedEx that it had arrived at my house today however what I found was simply too posts which make up part of the unit but that was all. So in other words I received something that was totally unusable and didn't compromise the majority of the parts that were supposed to arrive constituting the whole unit. I'm including two pictures attached here. One is an actual picture of what the unit is on the website and the other is what arrived at my house. I called the online store location since that is where it ultimately came from and they didn't know what they were doing and it took me forever to get them to understand what the problem was even though it's a very simple scenario and they told me that I would either have to repack everything and let FedEx pick it back up and wait for a new order to come in or I could wait for them to contact the manufacturer and see how long it would take them to replace whatever pieces are missing. I got no idea of how long either option would take. So I spent time repackaging everything for a future FedEx pick up. I called the Woodbridge Dick's Sporting Goods store to give feedback to the store because they are the ones that I paid for this and they are the ones to put the order in and I have to say that I didn't get any empathy at all. I'm sure that I wasn't in a good mood when I spoke to them but they weren't at all helpful or nice about it. They weren't rude either. All I can say is, after spending a little bit less than 1000 bucks, I really thought I would get better service and results than this. I'm hopeful that UPS does come and pick up what they sent and then brings me a new box that contains all the parts so that I can actually have what I paid for. I don't know how long that'll take no idea but hopeful. I would advise anybody to be very careful shopping there to make sure that things are done properly.

I was visiting the store to make a return/exchange. Upon entering, I attempted to walk to the…read moreregister to tell the employee (Shams) that I would like to make a return. Instead of a polite greeting, she rudely said, "you have to get in line." I was confused and she repeated it with the same tone. I didn't mind getting in line, however there was only a woman entering the line from the other way. Nonetheless, my only reason for entering that way was to announce I was returning something because I lost my receipt. When It was our turn, Shams looked at the shoes I was returning and asked if they had been worn. They had not. I actually purchased 2 of the same shoes, just different sizes, and kept the other one. I said they hadn't been worn. She replied, "no one is gonna buy these" with an attitude. I said, "excuse me?" Still with an attitude, she said, "nothing." At the end of the transaction, I asked for her name and she said (again with an attitude), "Shams, why?" I told her so that I can leave a review of her service. I have shopped at Dicks several times and have never been met with such a nasty attitude, especially upon entering the store. I hope Shams can be coached or refreshed and on what customer service should look like, because what I experienced was below standard.
