I recently needed the battery replaced in my Mac laptop and had such a great experience with Joe…read more When I first called him last week, he explained that his specialty is more PC repair, but he was more than willing to help with my Mac battery replacement. He advised me to purchase the battery myself and let him know when it arrived. Before bringing it in, I organized and backed up my laptop -- even though Joe said it probably wasn't necessary, he agreed it was the wise thing to do. Today I called him, and he told me to bring it right over and he could get it done the same day. What a difference from the Apple Store experience, where I was told I'd need an appointment, then possibly wait 10 days just for them to look at it, followed by another week or more for the repair. I simply couldn't be without my laptop for two weeks. Joe was amazing. He completed the repair in under four hours, the price was very fair, and he was kind, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. My laptop is working great!!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing computer repair services.

It is at the side door of a residential building just off Hertel Avenue. Chris greats you at the door, asks you to put the computer on a little table in the hall way and gives you a receipt for the drop off. He told me it could be just dust in the fan or a defective fan. A day later I got a phone call and Judy, his assistant (may I call it that way?) told me the fan was failing. A new part was ordered and the computer would be fixed within a couple of days. Everything worked out fine, the part arrived soon and Chris replaced the old broken fan. 6 Days after dropping the laptop off, I got the call to come and pick it up. I am very happy with Jack Of All Trades computer service. Fast and reliable, just the way you want it. I especially liked the follow up phone calls. So, computer problems? Call Chris from Jack!

Great service I have…read morebeen going to cyberdyne systems for computer related items for awhile and they seem to know their stuff. Their prices are about as reasonable as any other location and if they do not have a part for any computer they can order it and install it. Of course it pays to shop around but cyberdyne systems has a friendly attitude in dealing with customers and their prices tend to be fair so I tend to go there first. I tend to fix my own computers so I did not have any personal experience regarding repairs but members of my family have brought their computers to cyberdyne systems and had great experiences in doing so and I was able to verify that they did a good job with the repairs. The main downside I have seen in dealing with this company is the fact that they limit their selection of available computers mainly to Acer products and I prefer Lenovo or dell latitude but they still carry a variety of products to go with any laptop that people purchase.
