I was at holiday inn and the clerk there recommend me this place. I wish they open one in Orange County. Papaya salad was so good and refreshing. Located in a tiny shopping center but the food packs a big flavorful punch. Ordered my go to for thai food, pad see ew with I think the 3rd level of spice. Took it to go and after getting home, it was still piping hot. It was just the right amount of spice to get a little sweat and you can get some extra spice on the side. Omg, my first time trying this spot and let me tell you this; not my last. Super affordable and good to my surprise! I regret not trying this place earlier. Here's the shocker!!! Good service! Most foodies know that Asian establishments aren't known for good service, and I can say that because I am Asian. I had the duck fried rice with a salad, eggroll, and Thai tea. A duck entree for $12!!!!???? That is insane! Cute and cozy small restaurant. Seats only about 8 people here. Portions are big, prices are so affordable, tastes good, and good service. This place is now my go to for chicken wing their wings have real garlic, real Thai chili, and sweet sauce a PERFECT combination of sweet and spicy. You can control your spice level until your heart desires. There wings have a distinctive taste which you'll enjoy. I still have to explore their menu because haven't tried their other menu yet just their wings even the place is small it's still ALWAYS busy and also the phone kept on ringing for phone orders. The food is good as usual. However, we order yellow chicken curry. What we got was vegetable curry with a strip of chicken. Very disappointing. The flavor was onm point. This place is tugged away in a strip mall with a dry cleaner and a hair salon, but it is some of the best Thai food I've had in a long time. The first time I had a curry, and pad tai. This time I had Tom Yum soup with chicken, vegetable egg rolls, and stir fried vegetables. The Tom Yum soup was nicely balanced, with plenty of mushrooms, chicken, and lemon grass. The vegetables were perfectly stir fried with a nice crunchy texture. My kids had the mango and sticky rice for desert, which they consumed very quickly. I'm very happy this place is just a block away from my home. read more

The curry is really flavorful and spicy. The Thai tea is also delicious. This is my go to Thai places and I recommend it to everyone.

I traveled quite a distance to get to this place based on the reviews. I asked if the curry had fish sauce, she said yes. I asked if it could be made without it, she said no. I then asked the same about the fried rice, she replied the same. She then said every dish on the menu has either fish or oyster sauce and they cannot make it without. I stood there for a moment staring in disbelief as I couldn't accept what I just heard. She then said sorry and looked to the next person to take his order. I eat Thai food all the time, I couldn't even tell you how many Thai restaurants I've been in the last 6 months alone and this is the first place I've ever been that couldn't accommodate me in this fashion; some places I've been pre-make their peanut sauce which will include fish sauce, or have one or two dishes that can't be augmented but there was always many dishes that were able to be made without it. So for her to say this just seemed unfair, especially when they have these particular signs on the wall (please see the pictures). And also it was just the way she responded to me, it seemed like she didn't even want my business. I am a person of color, of course I'm not sure if that had anything to do with it, but I do feel that if I were someone of a different race, the response and outcome would have been different. I don't require someone to be extra nice when they take my order (although it would be nice), but if you are part of the establishment making the food I'll be putting in my temple, I would appreciate some sort of sincerity or kindness especially when I'm being kind (and that's not just limited to restaurants...But Definitely Restaurants). So in short if you're a vegan or just simply don't want fish or oyster sauce steer clear of this place. read more

I'm a little upset that they charge 10.99 for the satay chicken and it was literally the total amount of half of a chicken breast cut up into pieces and put on 5 tiny skewers. The picture shows large pieces. I can buy 2 chicken breasts for 10.99 so I don't understand how you can charge this amount even with inflation. Be more honest of which pictures you advertise with. People are feeding their families with this food. Especially when I tipped you on takeout food. I was in the mood to explore. With that said, and being in the area, and with (once again) Yelp to the rescue, this place was to hit because they had the one thing I cannot resist: ANGEL WINGS! Zoomed my way through with a couple of peeps. It's a small place - can seat up to 24 at the most. Only two other tables were taken so there were no issues getting seated immediately. Given it was all our first time, it took us awhile to decide what to get. (Although we already knew an order of angel wings was a MUST!) We requested a couple orders of Thai Iced Tea and a coke plus a round of water while screening through the menu. "No problem." We were decided once the drinks were delivered. "I would like an order of your angel wings..." SERVER: "... I'm so sorry but we are out of that today..." NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Then he goes off saying they had prepped and served the last of 'em earlier during the day. How are they out, it's barely after 1pm! [Insert sad face here.] So, we skipped the app altogether. But here is what we went for: WONTON SOUP: Broth was SOOO good! It had some depth, no other seasoning or additives needed. Wonton was mediocre at best. The downside to this were the small slices of chicken: they were tough and dry. They must have just left 'em simmered in. We had to set some of that aside as they were almost inedible. But yeah, the broth absolutely made this dish. THAI BASIL WITH CRISPY PORK: Comes with a side of white rice. Highly recommending. This dish was cooked and seasoned perfect. The amount of pork was commensurate with the veggies. I couldn't find anything wrong with it. CRAB FRIED RICE: Delicious. They didn't skimp out on the crab either. Seasoning was also on point. Recommending this as well. YELLOW CURRY: Comes with a side of white rice. We chose beef to go with this order. Meat was sliced thin in bite-sized pieces. Curry level was great. Not too bland, not too strong, it was just right. The downside was that the carrots and potatoes not only were sliced a bit too big, they also pretty much occupied much of the bowl. FOOD: 4. Little snags, but the flavor on everything we had tried was pretty much on point. Except for the soup, everything else was made to order. SERVICE: 3. Mediocre at best. VALUE: 4. Not too bad for what we got. PARKING: Private lot. Shared with a couple of other spots. Not an issue. Street parking also available if needed. OVERALL: 3.75. I would love to come back and try their angel wings. (Not a lotta places offer this.) I just gotta make a mental note to call first. Good first run. Would try them again given the chance. read more

Our company ordered lunch menu-beef rice, egg roll, and salad. I think fried rice could have more meat less carbs, salad dressing tasted terrible in such a small portion. And one piece egg roll was not enough for this price. I will not recommend new customers to order for party or company. I suggested they improve on meat serving or less carbs. read more

Came here on a whim after two failed attempts eating elsewhere. My husband and I were craving Asian food, and this Thai restaurant was right by our stay. Due to Covid, dine-in was not open however we were able to order by the door. They posted pictures of their food items on their windows and their full menu which made it easy to order. They had a buzzer to call attention to the waiter. She came quickly and was super friendly! The wait for the food was short! We waited maybe 15 minutes outside (our choice), and the food was ready! It was cooked to order because the bag was piping hot. When we got to our place, (5-10 minutes drive), the food was still hot which I appreciate! The food itself was delicious!!! Super flavorful and a nice amount of spice. I ordered the Thai spare ribs and veggie eggrolls. The ribs were super tender, fall of the bone, and had a subtle flavor which I preferred. The eggrolls tasted like any other veggie eggrolls but it was still good. My husband ordered chicken fried rice and red curry. The red curry had a good kick and balance of flavors. It's on the thinner/liquidy side (not so creamy or coconutty) but I didn't mind since the flavor was still good. The chicken fried rice surprised me the most because of how fragrant and flavorful it was! It packed a punch but once again, it was well balanced. Overall, every food item we got was delicious and distinct in flavor. I would highly recommend this place, and would eat here again when I'm in the area!! read more

What an adorable little place!! Pick up service was so quick and the food was delicious. You always hear that pad Thai in the US is some gross peanut sauce knock off that doesn't actually taste like this original but this one was amazing! From the descriptions I have heard of traditional pad Thai (I am obviously no expert) this spot really nailed it. The spice levels are perfect and everything was super fresh!
