United had put me on Eurowings, who was useless. Trying to reach someone is obviously not something they want, since it's next to impossible. 4 hours of trying to reach United, on the night of my goodbye party, I was worn out. I had text, app messaging, and phone calls all going, in hopes I'd get help. I was on hold 20 minutes and was disconnected. That happened twice. I got a reply on the app and was told that my flight wasn't canceled. He told me I should check the website, which I did and it showed canceled. As I ended with him, the text feed hit and that representative showed that yes, indeed, the flight was canceled. He offered to book me on the next day, which I declined. I needed to be home when I planned. So, I had to leave 4 hours earlier and has three flights to get home. But, it would get me home. I'm really grateful for that rep. Once I got to lax I learned that my bags didn't make it and were lost. Nobody really cared that much, but everyone was friendly. So, I got home three days ago. I'm still waiting for my luggage. I'm told that it's found. When I look at the website for the delivery, the status says "Out for Delivery Delivering 2 bags yesterday by 6:30 pm." Out for a yesterday delivery? Ok. I'm not really a fan right now. Three stars for the kind flight staff that helped me, since my back was killing me. And the Lufthansa flight staff that moved me to a better seat. And, for the guy that said he would send me a $100 travel voucher, and also offered a sincere apology. The $100 feels like a very small token of consolation. But it's something. I would have done no less than $250, but that's just me. Mostly, I liked that he owned it and apologized for the trouble experience. He nailed it. It was terrible, and I hope I get my luggage soon...

I think, Delta should have height requirements to become a stewardess. Traveling is a lot of work, and putting your customers to work, when they just want to relax & confined in their seat belts for the next 13 hours is not good customer service. Their job is to SERVE. That's like having your guests over saying: "Come in, but close the door behind you, I have to go pour some wine!" Also, make a final announcement before boarding or landing: 'Please do not wear perfume or cologne as some people are highly allergic.' The last flight I flew, someone had perfume or hand lotion on that was very strong and it was making me sick for the last 15 mins.

I am updating this review after our experience of waiting for a flight. We arrived at the gate…read moreapproximately an hour before departure. We found it odd that there were no staff members in the area. We saw crew arrive so thought the plane would be on time. Still no staff at the check in desk. The departure time came and went. All the passengers still sat with no information about what might be happening. After an hour and a half, one staff showed up and began helping customers who were lining up. About 10 minutes later, we began boarding. Still no word why we were held up. Planes on the runway were now backed up. At least we were told this. We were delayed 30 more minutes before take off. The Captain did come on to explain why the flight was so delayed. Could SAS not have told us this earlier? As a result of the delay we missed our connecting flight and what would turn into a very long evening and into the next day. I firmly believe that one of the most foremost things a company should strive for is to keep their customers informed. Come on SAS, it's not that difficult. I still give the SAS workers at the counters and desk a 5 star rating. Each person we dealt with was friendly, efficient and thorough.

The next day I received an email receipt for 50 POUNDS FOR EXTRA WAITING TIME, as if the passport control wait times were within my control. Upon further inspection of their website I see no term nor condition mentioning an extra charge for waiting. Even worse, when looking online at their terms and conditions for online booking they are not in English, not even in any language google translate can detect. Like I said, at first I was very impressed and would have recommended to anyone looking to book an airport transfer in London, now its another story.

The center contains the food court and shops with a large seating area. Gates are assigned about an hour before flight departure. I did not see work stations set up. Restrooms are a bit crowded and there was a line.

The best part was that the seating was comfortable with a 17" width (which is average) and a good 31" pitch and in a 3x3x3 configuration. The meal was a good burger dinner with a decent red wine, and I was ok with that. A cheese wrap was also provided before landing. The flight boarding was orderly, we arrived on time with no issues, and our stewardess was smiling and friendly. 4 lavatories located near the center of our section was adequate, and it seems lavatories aren't located in the rear anymore for what that's worth. Entertainment selections were extensive and good. I've had a lot worse long haul flights, so I was pretty happy.

They refused. I disputed the charge with my credit card and on October 1, received an email that they were not going to pursue the dispute. Then on October 15, while I was out of the country, they went ahead and sent something I never saw to the credit card bank. Since I was out of the country, I never saw that letter and wound up being out of time to continue the dispute. I am now out over $216 US having been charged for a car on a date I was home in bed. The company admitted to me that their booking engine defaults if any changes are made. Evidently this happened to mine, but I never saw a confirmation to question it until after the incident. Use another company to book with on line. This company's practice of changing the date and charging when you don't expect to be there is unfair and could very well be illegal.
