Scope: New insulation, plywood sheathing, composite siding, soffit, and fascia for back wall. Replaced rim joist, headers, and other structural wood as needed from water damage. Re-installed windows and sliding glass door incorrectly installed by previous contractor. Rebuilt pressure treated wood deck with improved layout. Derrick's attention to detail and pride in his work translated to a solution that addressed all of my goals and helped me understand mistakes made by previous contractors. No response. 8/13/25 I called and spoke with Kathy at CG requesting a visual inspection, spoke about the previous email, she said she would call back to coordinate. 8/14/2025 7:30am Kathy from CG called me to get exact information I was requesting because she forgot. I explained the situation and Kathy said she will coordinate with Tony for an inspection and stated he may call me. No communication. 8/18/2025 I called CG left message on office voice mail about inspection. 8/18/2025 Kathy from CG called and said she would have Tony call me to schedule an inspection. 8/18/2025 Called Kathy at CG back with some information only to get her voice mail that stated she was happily retired. I left message anyway because she was the one with whom I was communicating. 8/21/2025 Called Kathy at CG left message on voice mail to schedule an inspection. 8/21/2025 Called CG office left message on voice mail to schedule an inspection. 8/22/2025 Tony from CG said he was driving in the area so he would do the inspection, I explained I wasn't home and that he was to call and coordinate. Tony from CG stated he was in the area so he wanted to do the inspection at that time. Minutes later he said Tony from CG stated he walked around the home and didn't see any damage. The MOST FRUSTRATING and UNPROFESSIONAL actions from a company that I have ever experienced. BTW .. $21K damage per insurance adjuster.
