I called them on a Monday, and they were there Tuesday morning for a driveway and backyard pressure…read morewash. I was very worried about my sandstone walkway that leads to my door, but they were very careful and gentle with it, while still getting the dirt off. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

If I had to do it all again I probably would not have had my roof cleaned. It looks nice and clean…read morebut following our roof cleaning we had a horrible smell that clogged our drains. Ultimately, they sent out a Plummer to break up all the mud that was apparently washed into our drains. We had water and mud leak into our skylight and between the windows in our living room. We had to replace our skylight and get new window glass. Just a few things to be cautious of when getting your roof cleaned. Unfortunately, you're not outside watching this so ask a lot of questions to be sure you don't have the same outcome.

We had an excellent experience with DJS Power Washing Services and Dennis from beginning to end…read more Dennis showed up on time for both the estimate and the service, and his estimate was the most competitive and complete of all the quotes we received. He quoted every single area separately, so I knew exactly what to expect with no surprises. Before the service, Dennis was very responsive and patiently answered all of my questions. He was professional, calm, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. He even helped move furniture and planters so all the areas could be cleaned properly. The results were amazing! Our Saltillo tile, concrete, and flagstone look like new again, and all of their original colors are showing beautifully. He was even able to remove difficult paint and grease spots from the concrete. I also really appreciated that Dennis used gentle cleaners and equipment while still achieving such a dramatic improvement. Everything looks refreshed and incredibly clean.
