We had such a great experience with Clarketon Restoration. They responded quickly (honestly, faster…read morethan I expected!) and the quote they gave us was clear and accurate. What they said it would cost is exactly what it cost--no surprises at the end, which was such a relief. Our living room project was a tough one: electrical work, drywall repair, and some really detailed paint and stone finishes. The paint was especially tricky--deep flat black and brown tones on both wood and plaster. It's the kind of thing that shows every brushstroke if it's not done right, but they nailed it. The crew was on time, professional, and respectful of our home. They kept everything clean, and somehow, there wasn't a bit of drywall dust anywhere else in the house. Communication was easy, and they checked in with us along the way, which made the whole process stress-free. My husband's an architect, which means his eye for detail is very particular, and even he said the finished result looked "fantastic." That says it all! If you're looking for a company that delivers excellent work, communicates clearly, and treats your home like it's their own, I can't recommend Clarketon Restoration enough.

This is a HUGE shoutout to SERVPRO of Scripps Ranch. I truly don't have enough words to express my…read moregratitude and appreciation for their incredible service. If you are ever in need of water leak remediation and/or restoration, they are AMAZING! I had a water heater leak a couple of weeks ago and had received another quote just before I called SERVPRO and spoke with Albert. He was exceptional and sent someone out right away. Julio came to my home and was fantastic. He was thorough, kind, honest, and gave me a very fair quote for the remediation. He started on the spot, and his teammates brought over all the equipment needed for the dry-out and got everything set up. From there, Julio came by every day for three days to check the moisture levels. After three days, everything was completely dry. After that, I worked with Albert and Martin on the construction and restoration. As of yesterday, everything was finished! Albert checked in with me this morning to make sure I was completely satisfied, and only after confirming that did he send the invoice. (I did not use insurance.) I could not be more grateful or appreciative. It is really hard to find exceptional, reliable help, and unfortunately I've learned that the hard way since this is my second water leak in four years. Ugh! If you ever find yourself dealing with a leak and want to get through it as quickly and painlessly as possible, I cannot recommend them enough. The pride they took in their work--and even in the cleanup--was amazing. I'm still in awe, hence this post! I hope you never need them, but if you do, they are awesome. And for what it's worth, ChatGPT originally recommended SERVPRO of Scripps Ranch as a top choice based on their reviews...and Chat was right on point!

This time around we worked with Pedro and Rosa on remediation needs due to a significant leak in our condo that the HOA never took care of properly more than 8 years ago (follow up with your HOA people! learn from my mistakes!). The guys moved our furniture, gutted out place, and made sure it was ready to pass a mold inspection by Hovey Environmental. Plastic was put down, furniture covered, etc. Then came "Team Dean" again, with Luis, Alberto, and Hermino handling the rebuilding of our floors, ceiling, paint, etc. And above all, estimates were provided and other insight for our insurance company and HOA battles. If you've never been down that road, this stuff matters. For those hesitant, I'm going to note that we didn't supervise the team. This was our second rodeo with them (first was with the handsome Dylan two years ago) and we had total trust letting them come and go as needed. I hope you never have a need for Orange Restoration, but if you do, trust that they're going to do a solid job.

My AAA homeowner insurance engaged Generation Contracting to repair damages caused by a pipe leak…read moreinside a wall in my home. I found them to be very responsive and prompt. The repairs required painting, drywall, cabinetry, demolition and drying the entire area. Several craftsmen were involved. Every one was professional, polite, careful not to damage my home and highly focused on the task at hand. Behind the scene a couple changes had to be authorized by the insurance underwriter. Generation Contracting quietly managed the red tape and adequately represented my needs to get the necessary approvals. I don't think most people enjoy having a host of workers in and out of their home for several weeks, but when circumstances make it necessary, it's nice to have reliable and professional people doing the work. I recommend Generation Contracting.
