I have had two recent experiences with Bigfoot and company. That would be Dylan and Andrew. They washed my windows very thoroughly much beyond my expectations. And today cleaned out my rain gutters that had not been serviced for many years. They hauled away quite a few pounds of debris left with no mess behind. And I am scheduled to have gutter guards installed next, at the same visit, They will power wash my front walkway for a pittance. They are very courteous and hard-working and are so clean cut they almost squeak! The one swearword ...I heard was from Andrew and he said golly days, ha ha ha! I would recommend them to any timid woman living alone or any senior citizen that should not be up on a ladder anymore. my only Critique would be that you need to allow them extra time as they go from one job to the next and will spend all the time they need on your project. So if you have a tight schedule, make sure you communicate that with them. For me, it was not a problem. They also have very good guarantees for their products and are happy to show you photos of what they clean out of your gutters. They are very transparent. I am going to recommend them to my homeowners association as I am on the board and I feel confident about recommending them. read more
