Am very cautious about strangers coming into my home for any reason and so I dread facing the occasional need to have to hire someone I don't know to show up and do tasks that I cannot do myself. My house has some very inaccessibly high windows that were embarrassingly filthy but I kept putting off the process of finding the right person to do the job. Finally I asked a friend who has a home with similarly high--but clean--windows, and she recommended Terry. I called him and made an appointment. He showed up on time, and was very professional and pleasant. The fact that he enjoys his work made it even more relaxing to have him moving about the house. He works solo--no sullen druggie types in tow--and he quietly and efficiently completed the job without taking a break.
