We had already moved out so the place was empty. When we got the bill (which was just a pink slip left on the counter) they charged $825 and the floors were not swept or mopped, additionally some of the counters were clearly not wiped down. I called to notify them of the floors and the gentlemen who answers the phone was basically not believing me so I sent photos and videos of proof. Later the supervisor called to apologize, which I appreciated her transparency. No one is perfect, however for the cost of this move out cleaning, this was ridiculous and unprofessional. The cleaners had to come back the next business day with a supervisor just to finish the job. They also broke some of the blinds and when I notified him of this, they said they were already old... Important to note: I had to keep asking for email confirmations, it was handled either through their website chat or phone, so it started to feel like a scam. AND, if you pay with credit card they will charge 3.9% fee, however no extra fee for cash or check. Well how are you supposed to pay with cash if you aren't at the home... when the guy called to tell me three cleaners showed up instead of two, he said that I could just leave cash at the house for them... but at that time wasn't sure of the exact cost.... Another shady aspect of this company. At the end of it, I still had no email that they finished and they called and just charged my credit card on file. I had to request an invoice be sent to me... Will never use again and do not recommend using! The only reason we needed professional cleaning was that it was in our rental contract as part of our move out.

Since then, I've been really happy with Molly Maid. They always ask if there is anything they can do better than before starting again. On the first cleaning they do a great walk through and check at the end. If there is any issue, they correct it and make a note for next time. It's been a few months now and I'm very happy. I've never had an issue so I do recommend trying them out.
