He then told me that he would also provide me with a 2nd 16 ft container at no charge. I should have requested that in writing. From here, everything went south. I was charged far more than what Jeff told me I would be charged and when I questioned everything, he told me that he would never tell anyone that they would be receiving a container free of charge regardless of the mix up. Do not purchase their insurance either. I had to file a claim and then the insurance adjuster told me that my claim was not covered. My gut told me to go with PODS and the next time that I move, I will be working with PODS.
